"I was notified that items that I purchased were on back order. I was charged for these items even though they were not shipped. I have no idea as to when these items will be provided. I should have been notified that there was a shortage at the time I ordered. I should not have been charged if the items were not shipped."

"Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered. Placed my order on 4/09/12, my credit card was charged on 4/10/12 but the invoice was dated 5/01/12 with delivery on 5/02/12. Seems Healthcare Supply Pros didn't bother to ship my order until I sent them an email asking for an ETA on delivery."
"Returning items was ridiculous! the amount that is charged for a "restocking" fee is high, so make sure you order the correct items. Other than that I received my items very quickly after placed the order. "
"If I could give this a 0 I would. Placed my order on the 23rd of December, didn't receive my order until the 1st of February. Among the SEVERAL calls I made to inquire about the order, got the same lame excuse every time (That the parcel fell off a cart somehow). This was the first time I ever ordered from this company and most certainly will be the LAST, will also be filing a report with the BBB since the acclaimed score with them is supposedly an A-. And to add insult to injury...once the parcel was delivered....I as in ME had to pay the "EXTRA SHIPPING" postage $4.75. Never have I seen the most unorganized and ridiculous problems like I have with the company. How in the world these people stay in business is beyond me. Just warning you in case you plan to order from them....you may be WAITING a while to receive your order. "
"terrible. I was told it could be delivered to PO box, and then before finished with order told had to be physical address. I was lied to. PLUS have not received order yet.!!!!!!! I am upset."
