As stated on our website, the vast majority of refunds are indeed processed within 7 days even though the law clearly indicates anytime within 30 days is an acceptable range. Occasionally, we do experience some delays that could be due to a prolonged processing time of returned products or unusual extensions in conducting the return procedure. However, this situation is rare, and as a small business we pride ourselves on upholding the standards of large-scale ecommerce providers while still providing a personalized, high quality shopping experience unique to a boutique retailer.”

We notified the customer of this unforeseen change of availability, and offered a generous incentive on a replacement product. At last correspondence, the customer acknowledged our offer and indicated that they were thinking about it and would get back to us. We were disappointed to receive an unfavorable review, as we made every attempt to rectify an unfortunate situation that was out of our control.”
"I have a very bad experience with headroom. I returned an order and the return was delivered to headroom two weeks ago. According to their website, "Most refunds are handled within one week of us receiving the product ...; the vast majority of refunds are processed within 10 business days of ... However, ...refunds may legally be processed anytime within 30 days..."
I have not got any refund yet, so I emailed them, and the response was the same, "refunds may legally be processed anytime within 30 days...", and the response was written in a not so friendly way. I understand that maybe by law they don't have to refund me until 30 days later, but many other companies , such as Amazon, Bestbuy, JR, always refund within 2 -3 days with a maximum of 7 days based on my and my friend's experiences. Headroom definitely sucks compared to the competitors in terms of price, customer service and return/refund. I would be very hesitant to shop at headroom in future. "
