"I did not get my order, and I cannot contact the company. After now reading other reviews, this seems to be a trend.

I ordered on May 15th. It is now June 3rd, and after looking into tracking, I have found out that they incorrectly entered my address, so the item is now being shipped back to the company. I have tried contacting them for 4 days now, and I have received no valid reply. I have not been refunded yet, nor has my issue been resolved. I will be disputing the charge with CC company.

Beyond awful experience. Avoid this company like the plague.

ALSO NOTE: Reviews on their website are bogus and filtered. I posted a review on their website stating that my order was not fulfilled, and the review was removed."

"Placed an order for an iPod Touch case with this merchant. The item was received in good condition. It seems, however, this company operates as a drop-shipper, similar to Buy.com. They don't actually stock and ship products themselves. HandHeldItems' Web site says they're based in Southern California, but my case was shipped directly from the manufacturer, who is based in Tampa, Florida (postmark on the shipping box confirms this). Further, the case I ended up buying would have been less expensive had I purchased it directly from the manufacturer. In the end, I'm very satisfied with the product and pretty unsatisfied with the reseller. I would not shop at this store again."

"I ordered a phone charger, and they sent one that does not fit my phone. When i contact them, they tell me to send them a picture of what i was sent (which is crazy... don't they know what they sent me?) and to date they have not responded to any of my 4 emails, or returned my phone call. No one answers when you call customer service. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL!"

"On December 28, 2008 I ordered a car charger and an A/C adapter for my Samsung M320 mobile phone. The order arrived around the middle of January, but all the enclosed parts were meant to fit an M300. Despite the similar numbers, the connectors are completely different (thanks, Samsung). The invoice enclosed with the shipment clearly showed that I had ordered parts for an M320, but the parts themselves were clearly marked by the manufacturer as being meant for an M300. I sent HandHeldItems an email through their website, but never heard back. The 2nd email went out today. It may be time to put this charge in contest."

"I can't review the item I ordered--1 iPhone case--because I haven't received it yet. Order was placed on January 4, 2011 and as of today, January 20, 2011, still has not arrived. Currently very dissatisfied. "

"i purchased an item from this seller and is the worse experience I ever had with an online store. First it took than very long to sent my products than they lost my shipping label. In top of that I received somebody else's items. Customer service is absolutely horrible because they never pick up. I wanted to purchased more products for my new iPad but I ended up getting them from the apple store and amazon.com instead after that terrible experience.. Guest what I still have the item that they wrongly sent me because they still have not pick up the phone. Plus the screen protector I bough from them is in the garbage because is equally useless and bad quality. I do have to say that I am happy with the iPad flip cover that I was finally shipped. "

"COMPLETE MORONS! LIED and said my items were shipped, a week and half went by (i had paid for expeditied shipping) and nothing. I called, and they said USPS made an error. Then I get an email saying the items are backordered. I called amd some witch refuses to refund me. Then she gets catty and tells me to dispute the charge on my card and hangs up. WHAT THE HELL!!>>!"

"I received the items ordered no problem - the issue I have is that when I tried to process a RMA within the 30-days twice on their web site it failed. I even tried talking to one of their customer service reps and he refused to do anything for me. He said I had to go online for an RMA. I disputed this charge and they still gave me a hard time. Awful customer service and I would never buy from them again!"

"BUYER BEWARE! I made 2 separate purchases from this company: the first one, half the order was wrong and the 2nd order did not include everything that was purchased,and of the remaining items, one was broken & the other did not fit. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO EMAIL. I disputed the charges on PayPal - their response was that I should email or call for an RMA number to return. COULD NOT GET HOLD OF THEM. I submitted the form for the RMA online - AGAIN, NO RESPONSE. I shipped the merchandise back & they refused it. Their merchandise is cheap & shoddy. They are clearly scam artists stealing money from consumers. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I will be reporting them to the BBB."
