I call customer service and he made up policies while I was online looking at them as I spoke. He told me to \u0022 check this out\u0022 I stopped read his policy to him and in the process he said they only needed to ship the product out. While talking he hung up. Guess they had caller Id, they dodge all calls. Small office. Oh and they didn\u0027t return one call or one email. Poor poor service. I pulled it out the packaging - and tne tucked it away in my gym bag. The first time I pulled it out to use - I pulled the velcro away and it came apart of the armband - rendering the item useless. I did try some \u0022superglue\u0022 - and will see if it holds up.<br>very dissapointed. "DO NOT buy anything from this store!!! I ordered a 13 inch mac book air cover and they sent me an 11 inch one. It's been 2 months and I've called numerous times and they kept saying that "the account manager needs to approve the transaction". They have no intention of making the refund and I'll call my credit card company to get back the refund."
