"Placed an order on 04/08/13 and today is 04/23/13 and still has not received my order; however, it was already charged to my credit card. Hand held item company is still researching where they sent my order to. I don't understand. I order some items for my new cell (accessories) and the company cannot trace my order. The conmpany will give me my money back less shipping charges; although I NEVER received my order. I don't understand how a company stays in business if they don't CARE about customer satisfaction. Will change my review once I either receive my order or receive ALL my money back....."
"Have had speedy service on past orders, good quality on iPod/ iPad accessories. Big money saver on screen protectors, rubberized cases, and skins. Have only had one experience where they shipped the wrong item and I had to go through a couple of hoops to get it made right, but that's not too bad."

"I had ordered a great deal from these guys in the past, but the last order I made with them was the last I'll ever make. They lied about the shipper losing it, and wouldn't refund my money. I was only offered a credit with them. Tracking shows that it never shipped, and I had to take an item in a color I didn't want as a result of their unprofessional conduct. You might save a couple of bucks going to them on the front end, but eventually you will pay on the backend. I wouldn't buy from them again, and neither should you."

"One of the worst experiences for shopping I have ever had!!!! I paid for rush shipping and was told that my items would arrive by Christmas. Not only did they not arrive until the 28th, the items where wrong. After several times trying to rectify the situation via email I decided to consider my $50+ dollars a complete loss!!! I will never order from them or any other Amazon.com linked seller. If I could give no stars I would."
"I ordered lots from this company and ended up very very frustrated. I called their company for missing coverbot clamp shell and said it's pre-ordered and will be leaving their office on Jan 25th. Buit it is already February and the girl actually said in the beginning that it was available and then said oh, it should be pre-ordered. They already charged me and on top of this, they charged me for an iphone 5 case that never came. All they told me for the 3x I have been calling them is to send an email and the picture of the product I received and so I did. But I have not heard from them since January and now it's already February. It is very frustrating to call their customer service cuz it seems like they are not as organized. Avoid this company! And on top of this, I received my other items in an open package... with 2 stuffs missing. I also wonder if they will ever do something about this since I've paid everything already."
"I ordered a case with bluetooth keyboard for my ipad 4. Case was as advertised. It was wonderful. Unfortunately, the keyboard would not charge. I put in a request for an exchange over a week ago and have yet to receive a reply. With customer service like this I would reconsider ordering from HandHeldItems.com. Poor service!"
"Avoid. This company is a joke. Ordered two soft gell cell phone covers. Sent me a so-called tracking number stating my order shipped the same day, but when I had not received after 10 days I checked tracking number. It apparently never left the warehouse (didn't show on USPS). That same same day they emailed me claiming they were out of an item and to select another. I did at first since it was a gift for my daughter, but after thinking about it for an hour, told them to just cancel my order and refund my money. They responded they had already shipped it and sent me another bogus tracking number and said when I received my order I can just send back and get a credit, no cash refund. That's assuming I ever get this order. You will get the run around from this second-rate operation. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid like the plague."

I received an automated email from them today asking me to review this product, however, I'm unable to do so as it has not arrived yet. And to make matters worse, handhelditems.com does not even care. This product may be great, but I doubt that I will ever know, as it will probably never materialize. If you are thinking of buying this or any other product listed on their website, I would recommend buying it elsewhere, even if at a higher price, because you just might get it! "Please do not order from HandHeldItems. They take a long time to send product out, their customer service is horrible. Never did they apologize for the fact that my product didn't get to me or try to help me find it, they just told me to call the post office. They don't have good communication to explain that item shipping would be delayed for holidays or shipping brand, etc. "

"I ordered a case for my daughters phone from this place and I still have not received it. I have contacted this place several times and the customer service continues to tell me the same thing, they cant help me! The worst place ever and I should have looked on facebook before buying to read all the awful reviews this place got. I have learned my lesson and have filed a complaint to the BBB. I dont see how a company can sell you things and then be awfully rude to you when you want to know where your items are 3 weeks later!! No help and no resolve still."
