Bad. Bad. Bad. Broken product. Hassle getting return authorization with seller-paid postage. More than 2 weeks and still no refund. Don't bother.

I ordered the HHI iSolate Hi-Fi headphones, and I got them within 5 days. only downside is that they are so clear that my music sounds bad unless they are encoded at 256 kbps. Considering that I payed 7 dollars for these and retail is 50 dollars, I feel like i got a great deal.

I purchased a HHI iSolate Hi-Fi Earphone and an iPod Nano 3rd generation NanSporty Amrmband. Unfortunately I did not do a web research before ordering from Handhelditems. The HiFi earphone turned out to be less than HiFi quality and is inferior to the original one with regard to sound quality and constantly has static surround sound.The armband already came with a broken seam ,just pull the thread and you're holding the pieces. In addition the plastic screen protector immediately teared off after I tried to get my nano in there. I payed $18 for both items. I guess the company purchases items that failed the manufacturer's quality control and sells it on the net. I haven't contacted the company yet. After reading other reviews I don't see much chance to see my money again. But the best I can do is to warn other buyers. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I ordered an Ipod case for less than USD 5.00, got an Invoice for US International Air mail postage 6-10 days costing me 20.00 - small 2 oz. letter took 27 days to arrive, no tracking possible. The postage stamped on it was USD 1.80 (which is normal rate). I shop a lot from Amazon and Ebay etc, items shipping from all over the world, but never have I been scammed on postage this way, by ELEVEN times the real cost! "Sales" at Handhelditems.com refused a refund, saying he had to queue at the Post office to send the envelope - a normal business procedure is it not? INTERNET SHOPPERS BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THIS WEBSHOP.

I ordered the Big Band Boys Drum Set for my son this Christmas & the product arrived already damaged (as seems to be quite common after having read other reviews for this pathetic company). Not only was the item damaged but it left something to be desired as far as quality to begin with; it's a flimsy piece of junk!  
 
I & my wife made numerous calls over multiple days expressing the importance of having the broken component reshipped BEFORE Christmas morning & I also sent multiple eMails to them as well. Here we are January 3rd & I have not seen one received one return phone call or reply eMail to this date!  
 
My latest eMail effort to the sales@handhelditems.com Customer Service eMail listed on their website was met with this response:

Needless to say, this company has the WORST service I've ever experienced & their merchandise is equally poor. I suspect that they are well aware of the con-artist, underhanded tactics used to swindle people out of their hard earned money & then virtually disappear without a trace by not returning calls, eMails, or product as promised!  
 
If I never purchase from Handheld Items again it'll be too soon.

Charged and given tracking # almost immediately. But company never actually shipped anything and attempts to contact via email and phone have been futile. What a waste of time this company is.

I have ordered AIM Studio Professional Photo Light Kit With (8 FREE) 27watt 5500k Daylight Balance Light Bulbs (aimv402kit). When I received this kit, I found out one of stand was DEAD on Arrival, it was totally broken. It looked already broken before ship out for delivery because the box showed no damages. So I emailed HHCS to request replacement. However, HHCS asked me return full kit and they would not cover the return shipping charge. They sold broken item and push me pay return shipping fee if I want the replacement. Even though their price was attractive, their CS was terrible. I did not return the kit because I can get the better quality stand with return shipping fee... One of the worst CS ever I have...

Ordered a generic ipod wall charger from HHI. No problems with purchasing or delivery but the item tracking was rather lacking, still that more the fault of USPS then HHI. I would probably shop there again if the pirce was right.

Pros: Pricing. Lowest price for items and shipping as well.  
 
Cons: Took my order for two items but delivered one and refunded for other one... because item not in stock. Got shop around all over again.

I order regularly on-line and this is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with, never recieved item and they lied to me when they stated another item would be sent out right away. Over a month and still no item and they said I have to call the post office to find out what happened? You gotta be kidding me? Stay away from this company and look elsewhere.

Ordered a toy helicopter from this site, the original shipment was physically damaged when arrived. I requested a RMA, sent back the defective unit and they sent one replacement unit. The replacment unit was not operational so I sent it back and requested a full refund. The company refused to issue full refund on their defective products.  
I filed a complaint to BBB and this company provided false information to the complaint. I only received the orignal unit and one replacment unit (2 in total, all returned), but the company claimed they have shipped an orignal unit and two replacement units (3 in total). Of course they couldn't provide 3 tracking numbers. They also claimed customer doesn't know how to operate the product and it was a functional product, etc, which is, of course, a false statement.  
Overall my experience with this company is very negative. It is the worst internet purchase experience in my 7 years of online shopping.

The website has some great deals on a wide variety of stuff. Also sometimes offer some coupon discounts, which are sweet.  
 
My order went through smoothly, and the item arrived promptly. The main downside to ordering from this company is that you don't get an e-mail order confirmation or even a tracking number. Other than that, just keep your faith that the package will come, and it certainly will.

I ordered a case for the Nintendo DS Lite, got one for the DS. In my RMA, I pointed out that they show the NDSL version, that's what I ordered, but not what I got. I even included links with pictures.  
 
...I got the NDS one back (the same I sent back for not being what I ordered!).

I've bought a few small iPod-related items from this company over the last year or so. The prices are especially good when there is a coupon that can be used. Recently, I bought some noise-isolating earphones from this company, but hadn't received them after nearly two weeks. A call to the company put me on the line with a very helpful person who explained that they had started to use a new hybrid UPS - Post Office system that could have caused the delay. However, rather than telling me to keep waiting (which is what I expected), he said that he would just send me another set of the earphones via a faster shipping method. I got the second set a couple of days later. (The first set has yet to arrive.) I appreciated the quick response and the lack of any argument or hassle. I would definitely buy from this company again.
