On top of that, HHI does not know what happened to my pkg and would not refund my money in a timely manner so I could purchase different gifts for my loved ones. I\u0027m not happy about the Shipping and Handling (S&H) which I\u0027ll mention at the end of this post.<br><br>The S-Factor 2 tone case looks good. It\u0027s light and doesn\u0027t add bulk to the ipod. I haven\u0027t used it for any length of time but it should protect the iPod body from scratches.<br><br>THe Armor case makes the iPod thick but also makes it easier to hold. The loop doesn\u0027t fit well when using the Armor case but the loop is not needed since the case makes the device thicker and easier to hold.<br><br>The screen protectors are easy to put on and are of good quality. I\u0027m pretty happy with them. They\u0027re clear and unnoticeable when viewing the screen. <br><br>I\u0027m not too happy with the shipping and handling. I ordered the items on Nov. 25 and received them on Dec 13. It entered the USPS system only on Nov 30th. The S&H cost for me was $23 to ship to Canada. For that price I expected much faster service. Handhelditems only paid $5 to ship the box. For $23 I would not order from them again unless I had a lot to order. Almost a week later (after I have a tracking number, it shows a status of shipped and my account has been charged) I get an email saying that case is out of stock and that I can select another product of the same price. "I purchased a remote helicopter as a Christmas present for my grandson. It was defective and never worked. My efforts to have the item shipped back and replaced kept fall on deaf ears. I was told that "maybe" something could be done and "maybe" in a couple of weeks I "might" be authorized a replacement. In my opinion, this is not the kind of company with which I would do business. Obviously, buying from them was not a good decision. Bad product and bad business practices."
