It is the best place I have found to order Drum rolling tobacco non online stores included.

The shipping is prompt and their customer service reps are very informative.

"This company has a very good selection of pipe tobacco at very good prices. They shipped within 2 days of my order being placed which is reasonable.

However, my order was missing 3 items. A quick phone call resolved the problem & the missing items were shipped the same day. The phone was answered fast & the rep was helpful & pleasant.

I sent an email prior to placing an order to ask some questions. I never received a reply to that email. A phone call did get my questions answered. So they do have excellent phone support.

I understand that mistakes can happen & emails can get 'lost' or overlooked. If not for the excellent phone support I might have hesitated before ordering from them again but since they are so easy to contact via phone I'll definitely be placing another order.

Overall, it wasn't the best transaction but far from being the worst. I still recommend them since I don't know if the shipping problem was just an anomaly or not. But if I have additional shipping problems I may have to change that.

UPDATE: I've now placed 4 orders with this company & haven't had any more problems with my shipments. So I've changed my rating on shipping from 3 stars to 5 stars as I believe my previous shipping problem was just an anomaly.

After dealing extensively with this company mostly by phone & 1 email exchange I have to say this company has the most professional, helpful people of any company I've dealt with. They really care about helping the customer.

One order I placed on the web but due to a unique circumstance called the next day to add to my order before it shipped. I ask if he could check how much stock he had of an several items & he did so cheerfully by going into the warehouse to personally look. Now that's service!!

I highly recommend this company! If you have any questions or by some chance a problem just call them & they'll definitely take care of you."
