I Can't Get No-o ...Satisfaction
"I ORDERED PRO SERIES 10 PROJECTOR ON JAN 22 1916 STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT CALLED SEVERAL TIMES - GOT RECORDING - LEFT MESSAGE - BUT..I CAN'T GET NO....SATISFACTION!! CAN SOMEONE HELP---PLEASE?!"
"Still Have not received this ( see below) and not they will not answer phone or return calls. I have called and left messages every day this week. Last week they gave me a USPS tracking number that is bogus. Was told 10 days ago that they were sorry but projector was out of stock ( after 4 weeks of them telling me I should receive it any day). Was told they were deducting another 40.00 ( hasn't happened) and promised I would receive it by this Thursday, still no projector. I am done with this company!! Just beware before you order because once you do GOOD LUCK! Advice would be to spend a few more dollars and be sure of what you get. doubt if they will post this under reviews but we will see.Their promise: We promise three things: everyday low prices, unsurpassed customer service, and fast shipping So far low price is the only thing I can attest to. Customer service and fast shipping has not been fulfilled.Ordered projector on 2/11/16, almost 4 weeks ago and still have not received it! The company advertises shipment same day before 11pm and 3-5 days shipping ups. They also state they will send notice of shipping via e mail (not done) with a tracking number (no such thing as I find out they sent it regular postal service mail.) Customer service keeps telling I should get it and the day passes and nothing. I call back and get the same answer, still no projector!. I was told Friday 2/25/16 they would send another out priority over night and still have not received it or even received an e mail or tracking number. Do not believe what they advertise on receiving their products in a timely manner. (“2-5 business days’ delivery: get your item in 2-5 business days, FAST!)” That was copied from their company info page.I needed this projector this last weekend! My guess if and when I do receive it the extra items will not be there. Have sent several inquiries via e mail about this and absolutely no response… I will soon contact credit card and dispute this purchase, just be aware when ordering from this company…"

WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!!
"I purchased a projector in July 2015, and never received it. After several phone calls and tracking numbers saying it was on it's way, I finally cancelled it in December. It is now February, and I still haven't been issued a refund. Every time I call, I get the runaround and I'm told that "the billing department isn't there". What???!!!! I've spoken with the manager (John?) several times and he keeps sending me some generic email saying that I should see my refund in 5-7 business days. In my last phone call, I told John how fed up I was with the worst customer service ever. He asked that I don't write any reviews so that I don't tarnish their reputation. **Finally, after reading my original review, the owner contacted me and rectified the situation. I'm not sure why the employees just didn't involve him in the first place. Since he was able to assist me, I am changing my original review of one star to three stars. I'm still very unhappy with the way everything was handled and the amount of time that was spent on it, but I'm happy that it's over and I never have to do business with this company again."
"I have received lies after lies about inquiries as to what my order status was.Ordered products Dec24After many phone calls (receiving lies) and many emails again with lies, I finally received part of the order one month later.Did not get a ceiling mount, a carrying case and a spare light bulb with the projector as advertised and promised many times.Now they tell me it was in a separate package taped to the larger box shipped and probably got lost during shipment.They also tell me that since I signed for the original package, I cannot dispute the delivery.I am now told it has been shipped again through regular mail so they cannot provide any kind of tracking number to confirm shipment.If I ran my business the way you run yours, I would have been out of business a long time ago.I am curious to know how many more customers feel the way I do about this company."
