"I purchased two items and the purchase price was taken out of my bank almost immediately. However, three days later the order had not been filled. So, I cancelled my order. The first representative said I would get my refund in 3 to 5 days. The second representative said that he would personally process my refund. The third representative said that they do everything by hand and I said how is that my problem. Your website clearly states and I quote "You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)." However, I did not receive any products from HD Accessory and cancelled my order, while it was being processed. Therefore, it should only take 3 to 5 business days to process my refund and today is the 9th day. Yesterday, I was told that my refund will be processed within 48 hours. Additionally, my bank never takes 5 to 10 business days to credit my account. I will never do business with this company again and I plan on reporting them to the better business bureau in their district. "

Defective Smart I-Pad Case
"should have known- I put my I pad in case and my I-Pad fell out onto floor. Realized case was defective. But in their returns they don't pay you back for shipping. So I'd be paying another 5-6 bucks to ship it back- then who knows if they say I broke it. Which I did not. Days later my screen started showing cracks from the fall- not happy.Okay, so I'm out 16.00 bucks but will never use them again- to return something is a day long process with their paperwork-I know they are happy that I'm not taking the time to do this because they probably knew it was defective.Banning them and sharing the word with my 20,000 member real estate board."
Screen Protector Doesn't Work
"Tempered glass screen protector with titanium alloy bezel for iPhone 7 plus doesn't work. I followed the directions for application "to the T" and at first the protector adhered to everything but the top corner. So, I applied pressure to the portion that didn't adhere for about 5 minutes and instead of getting better it got worse. You can see a light and dark shade on the screen where the protector hasn't adhered and it moves around. This causes the keys in the lighter shade area not to work. I emailed the company for a free replacement and indicated that "once the tab from the screen protectors has been removed, it will be considered as used and will not be accepted [for return]". They then tell you that you can buy a new one at a 20% discount. Why would I do that when the first one didn't work!? STAY AWAY!"
"Beware. Stated it was a glass protector cover it was not it was plastic followed instructions placed cover on phone it cracked. Sent pictures they stated it was used pretty much nothing can be done.Be careful, they ****."
Great, but probably a fluke.
"I'm not a paid reviewer. When I first went to the website, I already knew the prices were too good to be true, but even a crappy phone case is a phone case. I ordered a flexible, clear iPhone 6s case, and a non-glare screen protector. Total of $10 when you include shipping, and I used PayPal since they tend to be good for filing claims on faulty products. The shipped the same day, which was nice, and I got the tracking number in the same notification email. After that, I looked up reviews, and was immediately concerned with what I saw. I got very nervous, and even though it was only $10, I was still anxious to get my package. I was pleasantly surprised to get it today, and it's only been a few days since they shipped. Like I said, it's probably a fluke by the looks of all these reviews. Even though my case is really simple, it looks great, fits perfectly, and I had already purchased a different screen protector, so I'm not sure if the one I bought works. Overall, I'm happy with my order, but I don't think I'll be buying from them again, just by looking at these reviews. I'm thinking that using PayPal helped, since they are very strict with their policies. "

"I will neeeeevvvvvveeeerrrrrr order from them again! And you shouldn't either read their horrible reviews first!!!! Everything **** ****!!!! I purchased 2 iPad cases from this seller. I immediately was dissatisfied and requested a refund. The cases provided no protection and honestly don't fit. All protocol was followed, items were returned and the barely refunded 1/3 of the purchase price. All items were shipped back at my own expense ($18) which leaves me at actually not receiving a refund for the sucky, cheap "quality" products I received. I am requesting a refund because this entire situation is absurd. Absolutely ridiculous how terrible this product is and to cheat me of a full refund when they can sell the items again to a unsuspecting victim! Will never, ever buy from them again! Zero stars!!!"
Where's my Order?
"I decided to use hdaccessory because of the decent prices they had compared to other places. I ordered my things for a great price, got the order number, and waited patiently for my things to arrive. Its been almost two weeks and nothing! I tried emailing, calling, everything! I still haven't gotten my things. Luckily it was only 20 bucks but money doesn't grow on trees. I went to target instead now and they said my things should be here within a week. That's what I call proper service. No wonder smaller named companies get a bad rep. Its bs like hdaccessory that ruins it for everyone. "
"I see alot of bad reviews and was kinda leary considering I checked the reviews after my purchase. Lucky for me I'm not submitting a bad review. I placed my order on Wednesday the 28th and it arrived today. My case fits my phone perfectly and its gorgeous. Not to mention it didn't take long to get here. Totally satisfied! "

"I've had pretty good luck with things I've ordered from this company. But the one time I did receive a defective item, I am not able to obtain a refund. I waited for a month for them to send me a return label. After sending the order back,I am not able to get a refund from them. Have tried numerous times to contact them only to find out their phone is busy or they won't answer at all. I have waited two months now since I originally ordered the item. Beware if you receive an item that you may have to return."
