Shortly after I ordered the grips I received an e-mail from Dick Baker saying he would e-mail again in a few days to make sure I got the grips and how I liked them. How many companies would do that? None that I have ever dealt with. Talk about follow up customer care! Between the super price I received and the great customer service I would deal with them again in a heartbeat.
