"It took awhile to receive my gun vault besause of a backlog. When I received it it had a manufacturing flaw. I called Shannon to let her know. She notified gun-vault to ship me a replacement with a return label right away. Shannon is the most wonderful and pleasant person to talk to. I wonder if Shannon is married?"
