Later the buyer posted a bad review about non payment on my account. I tried to pay for the item for 2 months and nothing! Now my account is suspended and nobody at Gunbroker will listen to me or help me try to resolve it. It sucks that one person can accuse you of something and your account is suspended! I should have accused him first I guess and I would still have my account since he never shipped my item and I sent payment! Now what? "GunBroker is awful.
I had an issue that needed some slight customer service attention and it was like they got cousin Eddie from Summer Vacation to provide a response. They didn't even read the full submission. It went back and forth with various other unhelpful reps before I gave up and shopped elsewhere (Auction Arms).
I rarely write a bad review or note, but these guys are absolute morons."
