"Gunbroker gets a D- from me. They are a good place to buy or sell, but their customer service is so poor that it makes an venture risky. The slightest issue takes days/weeks to address. And, if you have a unique problem, there is no phone or email to contact, and YOUR PROBLEM WILL NOT GET AN ANSWER. Their customer service is the worst online experience I have ever had, and that includes CS people working out of India...at least you can speak with them."

"If you want to sell something go somewhere else. I listed a super clean pistol but the website wouldn't upload my pictures. I opened a trouble ticket but customer service never bothered to reply until two weeks past the end of my auction. I lost close to $100 because no one could see the gun. They final responded to say that they had a known bug for loading pictures and oh well, too bad."

"I WAS WITH GUNBROKER FOR ABOUT A YEAR ..I HAD 60,000 DOLLARS OF MERCHANISE WITH THEM ..I STARTED GETTING SCAMMERS ..THEY CLICK BUY NOW AND GUNBROKER TAKES THEIR FEE IMMEDIATELY.ALSO THE SCRAMMER WOULD LEAVE A BAD FEEDBACK BECAUSE YOU DIDNT FALL FOR THE BS..I WAITED WEEKS TO GET THE FEEDBACK REMOVED AND NEVER SEEN A DIME REFUNDED.SO I REMOVED MY ADS AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THEY BOOTED ME OFF I CANT CONTACT ANY SELLERS IF IM INTERESTED IN A ITEM..THATS PRETTY LOW DOWN ..I WENT TO ARMLIST ATLEAST YOU DONT HAVE TO PAY A FEE FOR A SCAM ATTEMPT..THEY ACT FAST ON TAKING THEIR FEE AND BOOTING ME OFF ..THATS IT ..STAY AWAY ESPECIALLY SELLERS"
"The people who run Gun Broker are obviously not gun-guy's! It's all about the money so if you're ever involved in a sale that's gone bad don't expect Gun broker to be the mediator. Don't expect them to even reply to you! They Wont! They take your money and they are done with you! The people who run Gun Broker are a piece of s***! I'm using Gunsamerica now and they offer much better service."
"I tried creating an account with them and they required proof of mailing address by providing a local bill with my name and a driver's license. I was not able to prove a mailing address since I do not receive any bills so my account was never given the status required to bid on items. I was charged a $1.00 fee because my email address was provided by a company that offers free addresses. I was never able to get the account activated but they still insist that I pay the fee. I contacted customer support and they responded, albeit 2 months later, and insisted that I still pay them even though the account was flagged as suspicious and I could not bid on anything. I realize $1 is peanuts but why insist on the payment when the account was never realized? What work did they do to warrant my paying for a service I never received?"
"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had a bad dealing and the seller provided false and slanderous feedback. After numerous complaints, GB cherry picked the feed back and removed only the foul language. This is not a practice condoned by any authority. Sorry GB, but I'm taking my business elsewhere!"
"Ordered $100 item using my old GunBroker account. I had to update my old address to new address. Invoice said shipping to: correct address. Seller received old address, and I am now trying to retrieve an item 200 miles away from whoever lives at my old apartment.
Do not buy anything from GunBroker. This service is abysmally bad."
"The people who run gunbroker are absolutely useless. Don't bother trying to contact someone from support. You will likely end up in a never ending email loop. Good Job guys, I will never waste my time selling on your site."
"At one time I was listing hundreds of items a month on eBay and I created an account on GunBroker to try to sell some of the outdoorsy items I carried. After a short time my account was suspended and all my auctions were cancelled with no warning. When I asked customer service why, I was at first ignored. Then they finally said I was using the same IP address as an account which had been previously suspended. I logged in at home in my apartment complex with shared internet and on public computers at the school library. I tried to explain that they were mistaken and that I hadn't been previously suspended, but all my emails were ignored. There was a balance owed to me on my account that I never got back.
I took my business to AuctionArms. It's a shame that GunBroker receives so much activity because their customer service doesn't warrant their popularity."
"GunBroker is awful. I had an issue that needed some slight customer service attention and it was like they got cousin Eddie from Summer Vacation to provide a response. They didn't even read the full submission. It went back and forth with various other unhelpful reps before I gave up and shopped elsewhere (Auction Arms). I rarely write a bad review or note, but these guys are absolute morons."
"Gunbroker Sucks! I have been trying to resolve an issue for over a month. I sent two checks for an item and it was never shipped so I cancelled them. Later the buyer posted a bad review about non payment on my account. I tried to pay for the item for 2 months and nothing! Now my account is suspended and nobody at Gunbroker will listen to me or help me try to resolve it. It sucks that one person can accuse you of something and your account is suspended! I should have accused him first I guess and I would still have my account since he never shipped my item and I sent payment! Now what? Gunbroker doesn't even have a phone number, I can't make this income anymore that was helping support my family."
