"I had a little difficulty with ordering because my billing and shipping addresses did not match, so my initial order was canceled as soon as the error was discovered. This happened because I recently moved and had not yet changed the address with my bank. While this was a bit of a pain, I really appreciate the safety precautions. Having my order canceled was inconvenient, but not nearly as inconvenient as having a fraudulent charge on my card. I also really appreciated the various shipping options (as I needed a phone very quickly and did not have access to what I needed locally). It was also nice to have a representative contact me to verify my address before my phone was shipped. These precautions really pay off in the end I'm sure, because there are fewer mistakes in the billing and shipping processes, and with things as expensive as smart phones, efficiency and safety are very high priorities. "

"I am very inexperienced with computers and a complete neophyte with smart phones. The Gsm rep very patiently answered all of my questions, knowledgeably and helpfully described the benefits and differences between phones and was absolutely invaluable to my buying experience and choice."

"Overall, good shipping service, except that it took the 3rd time for me to receive the package so that UPS could have my signature. I sometimes wish there was a better method for requesting signature during day hours; something where I know that packet arrived in my location and I can sign for the packet using the smartphone and be available to pick it up onsite."

Then, I received my phone 2 days ahead of schedule without paying anything extra for shipping. The phone works great and it was so simple getting configured for Solavei. I appreciate all the help. "I recently bought a new android phone from gsmnation. I was pleased that it was easy to navigate your web site to choose the phone that I wanted to purchase. The available phones were presented in a logical order according to price, which also was helpful. The checkout was easy, and the phone was shipped and delivered on time, exactly as promised.
