"Customer service is appalling. I've been waiting 5 days for a response for a support ticket.The mobile phones are not covered by UK manufacturers. LG said my phone was a Taiwanese variant and wouldn't repair it under the warranty.Do not buy from this company. Any problems with the handset and you're on your own."
"I sent my phone to GSM for repair (via courier) which was they received by GSM on 3/7/15. After which Ive contacted them numerous times to see if they had got it and ask them when I could expect it back. Each time it took a while for them to reply but they finally admitted they couldnt find in on 28/7/15.Since then I have provided POD as proof that it has been delivered to the correct address along with the signature of the person who accepted the good at their end but they have just ignored me which only leads we to believe that they have actual LOST my PHONE and dont wont to do anything about it. I have sent numerous emails but they have not responded to any of them since 31/7/15. I have also tried to call them but its always an answer machine. I left messages for them to call me back but they never ever called me back either! I am really upset and totally disappointed with the way they have treated me. I can honestly say I have never been treated so POORLY as a customer. I have been without my phone for nearly two months now and I am out of pocket £400 and they dont seem one bit bothered which is totally unacceptable. I have took advice and it looks like the only way I will be able to get my money back is by taking them to a SMALL CLAIMS COURT so BEWARE before dealing with this company!"
"Possibly the worst customer experience I've had. There is absolutely no doubt about it that the company makes false statements on their UK site - such as delivery in 2 business day. It's now five days post ordering a Samsung phone and they still haven't posted it. All postage is from the US (they make up an excuse that the phone isn't in stock in the UK) and all customer service calls are taken from the US - this means don't bother trying to phone during 8am-5pm in the UK, you simply won't get through. I can't stress enough - do not buy from this site. I am going to make a formal complaint to the citizens advice bureau in the UK about the false statements the company makes on its website."
"Ordered my phone and was happy with initial service. After 4 months the screen wouldn't work on lower left. Got in touch with gsm and they said as it was a hardware issue I may get charged. I got advice from Citizens Advice and they informed me that gsm is liable for the repairs but upon informing gsm of the uk consumer act they still insisted I might get charged. They asked I send it in anyway and they will let me know of the outcome. I did send it stating I will not pay for repairs. That was 5 weeks ago. If you read their info on their website they state your phone will be repaired locally and not sent overseas. My phone is in the USA right now with no end in site. They lie and don't care about you once they have your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!"
"Hallo,Ich kann nur davon abraten bei diesem Shop einzukaufen. Mir wird, nach vielen Schriftverkehr, seit knapp 4 Wochen eine vollständige Rückzahlung versprochen. Leider hat der Verkäufer es bis heute nicht nötig gehalten, diese zu veranlassen. Ich habe bzw. musste heute den PayPal-Käuferschutz in Anspruch nehmen und hoffe auf diese Weise meine 469.00 Euro zurück zu bekommen.Aus diesem Grund empfehle ich nicht bei diesem Shop einzukaufen. Guckt lieber etwas intensiver. Mein favorisiertes Gerät habe ich ein paar Wochen später für den gleichen Preis in meinem Heimatland gekauft."
"I won't attempt to buy from GSM Nation (UK website) again. Placed and order on Wednesday, paid by PayPal. Next day order appeared as cancelled. PayPal showed that GSMN cancelled the order. I contacted them and they said there were insufficient funds, it simply wasn't true. I called my bank and they even gave me the payment authorisation code. At the instructions of GSMN customer service I tried a direct order (not PayPal). After a couple of hours it showed as 'FRAUD' in the order tracking system! I called my bank, they again said there was no problem and gave me the authorisation code to give to GSMN. GSMN customer service asked me to send them pictures of the front and back of my payment card. Er...no! I'm not sure what they're playing at, but I didn't trust them from that point and I placed my order elsewhere. Also, if you weren't aware, there is no GSM Nation in the UK, they ship from the US and the UK telephone number of their website diverts to to the US. "

If you are looking for the best place to buy a mobile phone, then its GSM Nation, they have the best products att an affordable price and the best customer service no matter where in which country you are. Try GSM Nation and you will never be dissapointed."
"Really wish I wouldn't have ordered two phones $800 from here. sure reviews look ok for when they deliver phones but have a problem with your phone then see how long it takes for a resolve of the problem or how about two huh good luck im still trying and very irritated and trying to keep my cool near impossible might i add. My suggestion is take a look at the poor ratings they seem to have the same kind of problem. i only checked a few sure youll get you order but will it be functional and will they take good care of you then.I called to get a problem fixed with my phone and they had me delete all of my information. Even after I asked if i would loose my information, I was told i wouldn't well guess what happened next...... I did. Months and months of work and now its all gone. Theres a customer of mine whom i sold a phone from them they had a bad phone then sent back another bad phone then I call them to help me with retrieving my info. I asked who was the first person i spoke with that had me erase my info guess what they place me on hold and i called back and no one is answering now. They will take your money but they wont assist with issues a bunch of amateurs really after complaining to them and explaining the challenges of ordering phone from them to find out there not interested in assisting with issues they are having to now loosing my info of hard work this is horrible experience I could yell."
"I was really concerned at the thought of buying a phone over the internet - £410 is a lot of money to go missing. After placing an order with gsmnation I was hoping for the best, but dreading the worst: I got lucky! :) GSM nation are a genuine retailer who sent a factory sealed, brand-new-in-box Samsung S5. It was well packaged. It did not arrive as quickly as the site advertised - I think it was about 5 or 6 days, however, I thought the delivery time was fine. I spent a few weeks deciding which phone to get and a few weeks deciding where to get it from, so a couple of days extra doesn't bother me... the main thing is that it arrived. "
"This is not a review of the Note 4 which was purchased from GSMnation, however I want to review this incredible online store . I am not a paid sneaky sleazy reviewer either... The real deal here.The service and quick replies to my questions were only part of the overall spectacular experience. "The folks are up there with the best customer service i've ever experienced. I ordered a black Z3 which was out of stock so they offered up the Copper version instead. On Tuesday morning I confirmed the Copper would be OK and by Wednesday at noon I had the phone in my hand!The customer service person responded to emails immediately - often within minutes."
"Useless customer service and no UK warranty servicePhone arrived ok and quick. All started a month and a bit latter when phone became faulty and I found there is no UK warranty repairs(They claim 2 year UK warranty) and it will be send to Samsung somewhere else in a world. I haven't got a phone for a month now and repair is nowhere near the end... as they only received phone in their "Logistic department" and repair somewhere else in a world by Samsung can take up to 4 weeks to be completed. Better buy phone from eBay at least they care for their reputation not like GSM nation...Shame....Writing a review helped a lot :) at least it started moving and they have send me new S5. Still disapointing as this taken a month but at least is done now and life moves forwars..."
"I bought a Galaxy S5 from these guys last week. It arrived promptly but in spite of their web site saying that they would issue a VAT invoice I have been unable to get one and they have not replied to any of my emails. If you want a UK VAT invoice do not deal with this Company under any circumstances. The phones are shipped from the USA and not the UK and are therefore not VATable. Their website is just a straight lie."
"I bought HTC One M8 Gunmetal Grey (open box) from GSM Nation's online store. Even though it was open box, phone was unlocked in brand new condition without any physical damage, scratches or signs of wear.I'm extremely happy with my decision to buy the phone from GSM Nation. I even got extra wall charger and rubberised HTC case free with the box.Overall, it was a great experience!"
"Superb customer service. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S5 which, according to the website, would be compatible with my service provider (Wind Mobile). It turned out to be wrong so I emailed customer service. Almost immediately, I received a polite and apologetic response from their customer service representative, Arsalan. Also, they amended the phone specification on the website immediately.To cut the long story short, they allowed me to return the full for a full refund and even paid for the shipping back. Everything happened super quick... even the refund!I would buy from them again in a heartbeat."
