We apologize that is wasn't clear to you that we are located in Florida and that we close at 4pm EST. This is clearly stated on our customer service page and we have since added it to the top of the site on everypage to prevent any future issues.
However your order was delivered within the 2day delivery window for 2day air and therefore refunded the difference in price since you were unclear on the shipping times.
You ordered on the 8th and it was delivered on the morning of the 10th. That is why the shipping refund was different. We want to make this a happy experience so please let us know if you would like a product sent to you free of charge. You have our information as we have been in touch and look forward to assisting you further. Thanks for being a valued customer of Growers Trust.”
