"Ordered their product overnight and when it didn't get here I contacted the Growers trust and they told me I had ordered it after the shipping cutoff. The thing is I placed my order at 12:30 PST and no where on their site does it show a cutoff or what part of the country their in. After a lengthy on line conversation, they agreed to refund the overnight charges. After charging me $30.00 for overnight, they refunded me $5:00. Not happy!"

“I am writing this to you so that we may clarify what happened on your order.
We apologize that is wasn't clear to you that we are located in Florida and that we close at 4pm EST. This is clearly stated on our customer service page and we have since added it to the top of the site on everypage to prevent any future issues.

However your order was delivered within the 2day delivery window for 2day air and therefore refunded the difference in price since you were unclear on the shipping times.

You ordered on the 8th and it was delivered on the morning of the 10th. That is why the shipping refund was different. We want to make this a happy experience so please let us know if you would like a product sent to you free of charge. You have our information as we have been in touch and look forward to assisting you further. Thanks for being a valued customer of Growers Trust.”

"I was sent a order confirmation, but was never sent tracking or shipping notification. The package did arrive in a timely manner and well packaged. If the product works, then I will be ordering again."

"your products are great the ony problem cant find it anywere but florida would be nice if you were in more grow stores around upstate ny like Saratoga Hydroponic or Boston spa Hydroponics both in upstate NY and owened by the same person. which is a booming industry for him , so we could go get it without waing so long for the mail we have all kinds of products for spider mites but not yours which I would perfer and recommend to all growers I know. they said they would like to carry your line so why not contact them. when you have a spider mite problem you dont want to wait for the mail. so I guess In the future I will have to buy Lady bug or one of the other products from them instead not by choice no one wants to wait a week or more to sovle a problem they have now Thanks james"
