They were then selling individual Wekinz so I placed 4 more separate orders for several people I knew. A couple of weeks go by and they say "Still Awaiting Fullfillment". I sent an email, they said they would do their best to ship them the following week. Nothing. Sent another email. More promises about shipping. I decided to look up their user reviews on their site and they were rated 1 star!! They also charge you for your order BEFORE they ship the items!! After reading the reviews, I sent an email telling them that I had read their reviews about unfulfilled promises about shipping and I wanted an immediate refund. I would have given them one star had I not received my refund the same day. Here's the timeline: The 4 orders I did not receive were placed on 1\/25\/13. Last email promise to ship "soon" 3\/20\/13. Sent email 3\/20\/13 asking for refund. I sent and email asking what's up and was told "they apologize for the inconvenience" and would ship my order that week with an email confirmation. Nope! "I may have waited too long to file with Paypal. It always took forever to get my shipment but now it is of great concern because Graveyardmall has went belly up. PayPal is trying to fight with them on both orders but it has been over the 45 day period. I waited this long because as most people can tell you it usually took this long to get the stuff anyway. It was descent stuff at a good discount until I'm upside-down $75 bucks."
