They were then selling individual Wekinz so I placed 4 more separate orders for several people I knew. A couple of weeks go by and they say "Still Awaiting Fullfillment". I sent an email, they said they would do their best to ship them the following week. Nothing. Sent another email. More promises about shipping. I decided to look up their user reviews on their site and they were rated 1 star!! They also charge you for your order BEFORE they ship the items!! After reading the reviews, I sent an email telling them that I had read their reviews about unfulfilled promises about shipping and I wanted an immediate refund. I would have given them one star had I not received my refund the same day. Here's the timeline: The 4 orders I did not receive were placed on 1\/25\/13. Last email promise to ship "soon" 3\/20\/13. Sent email 3\/20\/13 asking for refund. "I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered! I ordered a pair of boots on April 8 and my credit card was charged on April 9. It is now May 21 and still no boots. The website is "down for maintenance," so I can't even contact these rip-off artists! Guess I'm out my $60. I'll never EVER order from them again - if they even get back online at some point. Would rate them a -5 if that were possible! "
