I assumed this was the end of the transaction and I should be getting my gun within a few days. Well 12 days later after not receiving any notification that my gun was on its way, I emailed in asking to please check the status. That same day, I got an email back just stating their same rhetoric about "orders being shipped in the order they were received", with no bother to check on any status as requested. It's now been about 3 weeks since I placed my order, and I went back to their page and saw a place to check the order status only to find out that it had been CLOSED. No notification or reason given. I know they were not sold out as I had the order placed not more than 12 minutes after receiving the notification and it showed "In Stock" well after my purchase.<br><br>UPDATE:<br>John from Grabagun contacted me this morning and updated me on the status and reasoning form my cancellation. He got me set up with a replacement, and took off a little discount for the issue. I've changed my overall review to reflect these changes. All-in-all, I can see how others are happy with their purchases. I have telephoned them twice and both times spoke to a real person within a minute. One order shipped the next day and the second order shipped the same day. With both orders arriving at my dealer in STL in two days. They do a good job keeping their web site up-to-date. They do not charge extra for cc orders and my shipping was only $5.99 on one order and free on the other. For all you know they have been previously used or don't work properly. Got a notification from them on Tuesday morning, 2-26-13, that it had already shipped. Got a call from my FFL on Wednesday morning, 2-27-13, that the rifle was in. Picked it up around noon, and put 300 rounds through it by 1:00pm on 2-27-13, and reviewed the weapon on their website later that afternoon...not even 48 hours after placing the order. Now, that is amazing service! Thanks a lot GrabAGun! I've found my gun store...GrabAGun. Best service I've ever had from any company...especially a gun company. The last order I placed with Bud's, it took them 6 weeks to fill an order for a gun they had in stock. Not so with GrabAGun. If you want quick service, GrabAGun is the place to look. <br><br>Also, being from Texas, I've placed orders with CheaperThanDirt in the past...but those guys keep raising their prices. The first was for a rifle that was shipped the day following my order placement. It was delivered to my FFL dealer the very next day. Now, thats FAST ! Please realize this was during a time when most all gun dealers are too busy to even answer the phone. We were\/are in the middle of a gun buying frenzy. Unbelievably quick shipping!<br><br>The second purchase was for a rifle scope. Well, I made an error in ordering and ordered the wrong scope (my bad). Upon receipt of the scope, realizing I had made an error, I called Grabagun and spoke with Cameron. I explained my error and told Cameron that the website showed only one left of the correct scope and I wanted to insure that I got it before someone else did. Cameron physically checked the warehouse for the item and sure enough there was one left. Hoping that he would somehow hold it for me, I asked about when they could ship it. He said, in about 20 minutes. Well, I've never had ANYTHING ship that fast and if that wasn't fast enough, I recieved the scope the next day by Noon. Unbelievable! I then returned the first scope one hour later.<br><br>Grabagun not only gave me the best service I've ever had but also had the absolute lowest prices on the internet. What more can you ask? "I ordered a P30LS from this store. They shipped the item to my FFL promptly. The price was very reasonable, and they had excellent speed. The only downside is they shipped a P30L, not the S version. This is not a deal breaker, but it does cause a star to be removed. Otherwise, excellent experience with this dealer."
