"Thank You Grabagun. My first firearms internet order arrived in flawless condition. The folks at XDTalk had high praise for your company and I'm going to add mine also. Your shipping was out of this world fast. I placed my order on June 7th and it arrived at my FFL dealer in Las Vegas on the 10th. It was almost like ordering on my computer, going downstairs to turn on the TV and wait for my FFL dealer to call. All the gun shops in Las Vegas are sold out of this particular firearm and offered to put me on a will call waiting list but I found it available on Grabagun. I decided to order sight unseen and I'm glad I did. The price was also less than what I would have paid here. Thanks again, my experience with you was amazing.

"THE BAD: Ordered gun on May 4th was told it would ship on the 9th. On the 9th was told the gun didn't pass the stores quality check and would ship on the 16th. Called on the 16th was told it would probably ship on the 17th. Called on the 17th and was told there may have been a warehouse or quality problem and it may ship on the 23rd. I had already seen the gun go in and out of stock on the website four times while waiting for mine to ship. So I cancelled the order. THE GOOD: Everyone was friendly, they answered the phone in a timely manner, the price would have been excellent, and they refunded my money almost instantly. I decided to order it from another online reseller for $8 more on Friday afternoon and had it in my hands by Tuesday."

"I ordered a P30LS from this store. They shipped the item to my FFL promptly. The price was very reasonable, and they had excellent speed. The only downside is they shipped a P30L, not the S version. This is not a deal breaker, but it does cause a star to be removed. Otherwise, excellent experience with this dealer."

"No more than a couple minutes after receiving an email alert stating that my gun was available I had my order placed and finalized on on 4/4/13 and it charged my credit card without issue. I assumed this was the end of the transaction and I should be getting my gun within a few days. Well 12 days later after not receiving any notification that my gun was on its way, I emailed in asking to please check the status. That same day, I got an email back just stating their same rhetoric about "orders being shipped in the order they were received", with no bother to check on any status as requested. It's now been about 3 weeks since I placed my order, and I went back to their page and saw a place to check the order status only to find out that it had been CLOSED. No notification or reason given. I know they were not sold out as I had the order placed not more than 12 minutes after receiving the notification and it showed "In Stock" well after my purchase.

UPDATE:
John from Grabagun contacted me this morning and updated me on the status and reasoning form my cancellation. He got me set up with a replacement, and took off a little discount for the issue. I've changed my overall review to reflect these changes. All-in-all, I can see how others are happy with their purchases. Grabagun should work a little harder on their customer contacting, but aside from that, I may try to purchase from them again in the future."

"I have purchased two handguns from them in the last three weeks. I could not of been happier with their customer service and shipping. I have telephoned them twice and both times spoke to a real person within a minute. One order shipped the next day and the second order shipped the same day. With both orders arriving at my dealer in STL in two days. They do a good job keeping their web site up-to-date. They do not charge extra for cc orders and my shipping was only $5.99 on one order and free on the other. Their great pricing and no sales tax puts them as the best value I can find to purchase a firearm."

"Before you buy anything from Grab a Gun beware. They advertise items as factory packaged and the items arrive unwrapped and scratched up. For all you know they have been previously used or don't work properly. Their customer service isn't interested in allowing you to return items or if they do give you a RO they charge a restocking fee. Stay away from this company."

"This has to be one of the best gun websites out there. Customer service was by far the easiest and best experience I've had in the past few years,they will do there best to get out your product as soon as possible. "I've used grabagun a few times through Ebay and have always been extremely happy with their service. This last order was the first time I had ordered using their website. I placed my order on the 27th, received a shipping confirmation on the 28th, and had it in my hands on the 1st. When I e-mailed them with praise, they responded quickly and thanked me again for my business. Thoroughly painless and enjoyable shopping experience. "I placed an order after midnight and they shipped it later that day. Gun arrived at my FFL within two days. Item showed low stock availability so I expected delay but there was none. First time buyer at this site. I will definitely recommend to friends."

"AFTER 10 DAYS I CANCELLED MY ORDER BECAUSE THEY WERE STILL PROCESSING IT. Quick to take your money, slower than crap to process and maybe then one day they will ship your order. Then they take 7 days to refund your money. WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY!

"I placed an order for a rifle with GrabAGun on Monday evening, 2-25-13, close to 5:00pm. Got a notification from them on Tuesday morning, 2-26-13, that it had already shipped. Got a call from my FFL on Wednesday morning, 2-27-13, that the rifle was in. Picked it up around noon, and put 300 rounds through it by 1:00pm on 2-27-13, and reviewed the weapon on their website later that afternoon...not even 48 hours after placing the order. Now, that is amazing service! Thanks a lot GrabAGun! I've found my gun store...GrabAGun. Best service I've ever had from any company...especially a gun company. The last order I placed with Bud's, it took them 6 weeks to fill an order for a gun they had in stock. Not so with GrabAGun. If you want quick service, GrabAGun is the place to look.

Also, being from Texas, I've placed orders with CheaperThanDirt in the past...but those guys keep raising their prices. I haven't seen that at all with GrabAGun. Once again, thanks guys...I really appreciate your effort!"

"Will not let you know they didn't get your FFL information. Played email tag about the FFL. After they got that straightened out it was fairly painless.
Ordered on Jan 26th and received the gun on Feb 15th."

"I have ordered multiple firearms from grabagun and have always been satisfied. They always have the best prices, lowest shipping, and fastest response time. I recently purchased a Sig 716 from grab a gun and it was everything I expected, even came with a flip up sight which I didnt even expect!
