I cannot add anything that has not already been said. I dealt with the online rep. Tracey, in regards to the stereo, and she was knowledgeable. and really friendly.... she is the reason I bought the unit after looking at it for quite a while.

Product:
I bought the Shark 100w cycle stereo, and love it. It is loud enough to hear great tunes even while doing about 65 mph. I own a Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom, and I must admit it was hard to find a place to fit the actual unit without cutting away parts under the seat. I finally just decided to zip tie it to my front bar by the radiator. The amp is not waterproof, so I will be restricted to riding only on dry days :). The sound is awesome for 100 watts, I was thinking about a 250w, but this is more than efficient. I wear a full face helmet, and I can still hear the tunage. Now be forewarned that if you buy the chrome set, you may be blinded by the sun depending on where you put the speakers, so be aware of that fact.... I have to paint the face plates to stop the reflection of the blinding sun.

I have seen these units at bike rallys for $250 to $300. I ordered mine here for $60 and got it shipped to me quickly. I hooked it up to see how it sounds and I was impressed. When I went to do a complete install, I was missing some parts but dealt with Rebecca the online customer service representative and she took care of my problem without hesitation. I would recommend this product and the company to whoever is looking for a stereo on their motorcycl.

Very good product!!! Very friendly, Tina was awsome! Very good customer service!!!!!!! Will absolutley be doing more buisness with you! Thanks for keeping me informed on my order!!!! Product I ordered was the Shark Motorcycle Radio system and mounted this on my Harley-Davidson, sounds good, but have not been able to try it down the highway.Did have one problem, was with one speaker being damaged, but Tina took very good care of me and shipped me a new one out the same day. My Items were shipped after 4 1/2 days. After receiving all 3 turned out to be the wrong units. Gooddeals18 agreed to compensate me or refund my money and pay for return shipping after I complained.
I received the shipping label and money back into my paypal account.

I can say that the customer service from my rep Tina
was outstanding, i bought the 100 amp shark motorcycle speakers and it worked for about a week and then the sound just cut out. I wrote back to Tina a gooddeals18 and asked if i could upgrade,They said yes and i received my new 250 amp in three days. They didn't even need me to ship the unit back. Once i received the amp, i had a problem with the tuner for the radio not working. I wrote again and Tina sent a brand new one out in two days. This one works great. I have told 3 of my motorcycle friends and one of them has order the same system. I would like to thank
the gooddeals18 team especially Tina for being a
great and fast service to my needs with this product. I will buy from them again for sure.

The spearkes are GREAT and the reception is awsome I LOVE THIS PRODUCT.
I had a damaged speaker and they shipped me out one ASAP I gave them the tracking # to show I shipped it back and they sent me a new one the same day no questions asked. This is a great company and they back their products. My brother bought the same stereo for his bike and loves it.
I would buy anythng from them with confidence.
Rebecca from customer service was AWSOME and VERY helpful.

**UPDATE** placed one more order with them, STILL AWESOME! 2 for 2 ! U.S. Military overseas this is an awesome store! I ordered over $800 worth of car audio products on Aug 31st 2009 and got them all well packed, on time, no items missing, broken or damaged on the 9th of Sep 09. That is an amazing total 9 days shipping including one holiday (Labor Day) on the 7th. Shipped all the way to Okinawa Japan! Prices are very reasonable, service is great and they sell a lot of items, you just need to search around their site. I have found my NewEgg of car audio products! I ordered on a Thursday. Got my order to my house in California on Saturday. One piece was damaged, but taken care of when I called on Tuesday in less than five minutes, I had a replacement part on its way to my house. NO problems at all! I chatted with Rebecca online and she was quick to take care of me. I have not found such great service in any company such as Good Deals 18.

I can't recommend this company. Their Customer Service is so poor.
I ordered a Shark Motorcycle Audio System and received the order in three days, however the audio amp was defective. I returned the amp and received another amp which was also defective. I returned the second defective amp and now Gooddeals18 doesn't answer their e-mails or their telephone. I never received a third amp. Its unfortunate that the quality of their Shark Audio System is so poor, but I still should have received a working unit. All I have is two speakers that are useless without an amp. After all they received my money.

Let me state that I have tried cheap 20-30.00 intercoms and they suck, please don't waste your money. Order this intercom, you won't regret it. First it is easy to pair with the another headset and\or a cellphone, which takes all of 2 minutes. The installation is super easy and took me about 10 minutes per helmet to do a good professional looking job. Most importantly the voice quality is really good and the volume level is excellent. Word of caution DO NOT used these units in rain! They are water resistant but not waterproof! If you must use them in a down poor protect them with a plastic bag or other waterproof container. Yes, I learned the hard way. :( Please don't take this as a negative though because units costing 2-3 times and don't have as good noise reduction\DSP circuitry are not fully weatherproof either. FYI the unit works pretty well at 60-70mph on open face helmets with windshields. If you own full face helmets I'm sure the sky is the limit? For best performance get 2 full face helmets when you ride. :)

I had to come write a review, these folks are great, Tina in particular was so efficient and so great to deal with. She is very helpful in the buying process as well as the techical questions I had, if you're going to buy something online in the audio, video, electronics or something for around the home Tina's the one to see, she's a jewel.

These guys/gals are great. Immediate less than 24 hour turn around time to ship (ridiculous :)), fastest online purchase turn around I've ever experienced. Shipment was well packaged, and provided in factory enclosed box brand new as promised. I can't believe its already here!!!!! Shark 100watt Moto/Yacht system - I'm going to be the only Yamaha R1 out there with one of these :) Sweet. WILL DEFINITELY BUY FROM THIS VENDOR AGAIN. Customer service followup via email reply as quick as their shipment fulfillment. Great job-
