I have nothing but good to say about this company. They explain in detail all items and ship extremely fast. I have purchased numerous items from them now and everything has come as said and I have no problem whatsoever referring them as an excellent seller! I ordered the Shark 250W motorcycle stereo system for my son's 22nd birthday and was very pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the stereo unit for the unbelievably low price of just $131.99. My son said that the installation of the system couldn't have been easier, and the sound quality was also great. This is a very affordable option of adding sound to your bike without paying higher amounts for comparable (lower quality)stereo/speaker units that are on the market, and definitely a tremendous savings over purchasing a fairing mounted stereo system that can run about $2K! This stereo system is solid & so affordable that there is no reason not to get one for yourself.

Very good seller with very good prices! My headrest monitors came in within a week (to Hawaii), and the rest of my order is coming through UPS in a few days.

I bought a set of Shark 9" Headrest monitors and a Shark 10.4" touchscreen for a Car Computer install. Shipping was extremely fast. And the products were excellent. Very high quality screens with wonderful resolution/brightness/contrast/viewing angle.  
Tina is the best customer service rep I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.  
I will definitely be buying more products from here. In fact I just ordered a back-up screen. :)

If you receive a working and complete product then you probably got a good deal. What I got was a BAD DEAL.  
 
I was charged $134.82 (119.99 for a LCD roofmount monitor, 11.23 shipping and 3.60 for a bond that I was supposed to be given a choice on but I was not).  
 
I received the product and found that it was defective. I paid $12.12 to ship the product back to them. I asked in my e-mail that they be sure to test the replacement before they send it to me because the shipping was too expensive.  
 
I received the second shipment amazingly fast and found it to be defective. Not only was it defective it was the exact same defective unit I had just returned. Not only did they not make the effort to test the unit as I requested, they shipped the same one back to me. (I am absolutely sure it was the same unit). I paid 14.24 to ship back to them again. I’m thinking this stinks, I’m losing money fast. And then…….  
 
Gooddeals refunded $119.99, that is right none of the shipping costs or bond cost. After I complained and threatened disputes if they did not refund of all of my money, they refunded another 15.00. I have been robbed of $26.22 in this BAD DEAL.  
 
I see from other complaints that I am not the only one who got hosed this way. A good business person would not let their business reputation suffer because of these bad practices and small sums.  
 
In addition they began to ignore my e-mails and had a nasty demeanor when they did communicate. Dealing with them was one big money losing, time wasting, aggravating hassle. I’ll be taking my business to any business other than BADDEALS18.com.  

I love the product. My friends who spents 300 hundred dollars + are so mad at me because your product sounds so much better. I decided to purchase 2 more speakers and mount them on my saddle bags to give even more flavor to the VTX 1800c. Great company, great response time with shipping. Thanks Tony C. Warren, MI

I have seen these units at bike rallys for $250 to $300. I ordered mine here for $60 and got it shipped to me quickly. I hooked it up to see how it sounds and I was impressed. When I went to do a complete install, I was missing some parts but dealt with Rebecca the online customer service representative and she took care of my problem without hesitation. I would recommend this product and the company to whoever is looking for a stereo on their motorcycl.

My Items were shipped after 4 1/2 days. After receiving all 3 turned out to be the wrong units. Gooddeals18 agreed to compensate me or refund my money and pay for return shipping after I complained.  
 
I received the shipping label and money back into my paypal account.

Ordered "4 CAMERA WIRELESS TV SURVEILLANCE SECURITY SYSTEM" and received it quickly. Seller responded quickly and courteously to questions I had.

I can say that the customer service from my rep Tina  
was outstanding, i bought the 100 amp shark motorcycle speakers and it worked for about a week and then the sound just cut out. I wrote back to Tina a gooddeals18 and asked if i could upgrade,They said yes and i received my new 250 amp in three days. They didn't even need me to ship the unit back. Once i received the amp, i had a problem with the tuner for the radio not working. I wrote again and Tina sent a brand new one out in two days. This one works great. I have told 3 of my motorcycle friends and one of them has order the same system. I would like to thank  
the gooddeals18 team especially Tina for being a  
great and fast service to my needs with this product. I will buy from them again for sure.

The spearkes are GREAT and the reception is awsome I LOVE THIS PRODUCT.  
I had a damaged speaker and they shipped me out one ASAP I gave them the tracking # to show I shipped it back and they sent me a new one the same day no questions asked. This is a great company and they back their products. My brother bought the same stereo for his bike and loves it.  
I would buy anythng from them with confidence.
