Dennis at GoldWatchCo. made what I would consider an extremely nerve-racking purchase process very pleasant. He was exceptionally responsive to my questions and concerns regarding buying a high end watch. When I called his extension, he answered every time. When I e-mailed him, he responded immediately. When I had a timing issue with shipping b\/c I was out of the Country, he tailored the shipping date to address my needs. And when the warranty had a slight wording discrepancy on the model, he immediately fixed it.<br>I generally distrust the internet because dependability is rare.
