"A really excellent quality pair of glasses which are a perfect fit and do the job well. Very stylish specs and extremely well-packaged.
My only (slight) crticism is the quite lengthy delay in delivery, which seemed at odds with the speed the glasses were complete. Nevertheless, for free postage - which it clearly was - this is a small quibble. Great service, thanks a lot."

"I ordered on 10/02 and paid for express shipping I recieved glasses 2 pair one for my wife and one for myself on about 10/9. My wifes glasses were fair (not very good craftmanship but useable). However mine were Very foggy and a flaw in the right lens as well as poor craftmanship. I emailed them and they said they would replace mine. A week or so later I recieved a replacement, they were shipped reg. shipping but they looked very nice, To my dismay I could not read through them, turns out the PD was not correct and so I emailed them, they said they would replace them as soon as they recieved that pair back. I needed the glasses and already wasted over two weeks on these. I asked for a refund which they said they would do when they recieved the glasses back. I had to spend more money to send them back and wait again for a refund. So I sent them proof of mailing they say they processed the refund (although It's not on my statement yet) Now today they sent me a pair of lady's glasses not our RX I think someone elses order. I've emailed them and have not got a reply yet. I will update if/when I receive refund. They seem to have a problem. Who the Hell is running that place. They have been very helpful and so far respond to emails but I wouldn't order from them again. I guess Forrest would say There are like a box of candy. (never know what your going to get)."

"This was my second order from goggles4u - I have been more than pleased with them both. The frames are really cute and seem sturdy so far. I got the second pair tinted for sunglasses, and that was such a good idea! I highly recommend this site - you get more than you pay for!"

"I placed an order with goggles4u on 4/28/05. My order arrived 5/5. The packaging was most unpleasant looking; it looked like a tamale. It was shipped from Pakistan via registered mail.

I opened the package, put on the glasses and to my dismay, everything was blurry. I fiddled with it for awhile, decided to flip the glasses upside down, and everything was clear. I concluded that the prescription of the left and right eye was flipped.

I emailed customer service on 5/10 inquiring about a replacement. They emailed me on 5/12 to reassure me that my “satisfaction was their ultimate responsibility” and asked for verification of the prescription. I emailed them a copy of my prescription. On 5/14, they emailed again and acknowledged their mistake in flipping the prescription and promised a new replacement in the mail. However, they claimed that my original frames were out of stock and asked if I can email them an alternate choice of frame. I did so on 5/15 and waited. And waited. In June, I emailed them, asking if my replacement had been shipped. No response. On 7/6/05, I emailed again, no response. I decided to give them until today to resolve this issue. To my dismay, they did not bother to send the replacement or respond to my emails.

Bottom line: stay away!"

"I will never purchase from Goggles4u again. I needed relensing on an order. One lens only. When completing the new order I was required to purchase a whole new frame and two lenses. I contacted them asking for an explanation. It was as if we spoke different languages and we probably did. They gave me a $ 10 discount! The re lensing in my existing frame was more expensive then the entire original order. I have other sources of frames and glasses and will give my business to those that fill orders promptly and do not try to cheat you. In response to the sellers comment, they have admitted twice that the prices for both transactions were almost the same. Precisely the problem. A new pair of glasses with frames is the same as relensing one lense on existing frames? If you can accept this, there is a bridge in brooklin i would like to sell you."

We regret to hear that you are not satisfied with our services. We would like to briefly explain a few points as it seems that there has been some misunderstanding.
If you compare the "Lens" price of both of your orders placed with us (One in Nov '11 for a complete pair and the other in Dec '11 for Re-lensing), you will find that it is the same for both and no price difference at all. In your 1st order, you used a promotional code which applied a discount on your order total, whereas there are no discounts applicable on re-lensing order. However, after your conversation with our Customer Support, we refunded 10% of the amount ($11.39-Jan 04th, 2012) from your order total which made the amount almost same as that of your 1st order, since we always believe in the ultimate satisfaction of our valued customers.
Please note that you were not charged for frame in your re-lensing order but these are the labor charges applicable for us to produce and assemble the lenses in your frame which is completely done in our US production facility.
Goggles4u always believes in fair business practice and never want to cheat it's customers. From Jan 2012, we have reduced our prices and offering the lowest prices online. Hence, we're sure you can understand the fact that it is never about the expensive prices but about quality products at the best prices for our valued customers.

"I'm happy with the product, which was $16 for the frames and $48 for much upgraded lenses: 1.71 index w/coatings. Order took took 15 days (13 days shipping, which is not bad) to a CDN city by post from Karachi, Pakistan. I paid with Paypal because I'm leery of giving out CC info to some unknown website in a foreign country (CCNOW in the USA) - and then wait blindly (pun intended) for a frame picked out from a picture and measurements. Sort of like the SEARS catalog must have been, in 1900?
I DID spend a lot of time researching, looking and making sure the frames were what I wanted, as well as looking at another site (Zenni) and I wear my glasses from when I awake to when I goto sleep; glasses are an important piece of gear for me, and these are the best I have had yet! Thanks Steve (if that is your real name!) at Goggles4U...

It would have been nice to have clip-on sunglasses available, but they have to be a good functional fit (or don't bother - univeral fit are not good)

All told, I had a good experience with this vendor, will use them again!"

"This company is terrible, they have been telling me for 9 days that my order will ship within 24 hours, and it still hasnt. All i want is what i paid them for, and all they give me is bs and lies to shut me up an get me off the chat session."

"Ordered on January 25th, now it's February 15th and they're still not here.
This isn't the first time this has happened. When I ordered glasses in the summer they took 7 weeks to get to my address and the tint was unbearable. When I requested a refund they told me that since I bought the glasses over a month ago, I could no longer return them."

"This is a good company. The glasses are of reasonable quality and the prices are EXCELLENT.I just have one minor issue to address. The transitional lenses have a slight tent to them, even when there is no light around. I just ordered my 2nd and 3rd pair (only took 2 weeks to receive them) and have recommended this company to all my friends and co-workers. I've done extensive research on online optical shops, as well as local optical shops, but nowhere can you get the value and ease of ordering that Goggles4U offers. I will be ordering a couple more pairs in the near future. "
