"Took a LONG time for the glasses to get here. Nearly 14 days AFTER they shipped! Once they got here, they are still a little too big. These were for my daughters, and are the smallest frames they offer. I tried speaking with customer service about it both by email and live chat and all I got from the live chat customer service is that I need to use their sizing chart. Yes, I know that, but what happens if they are still too big and these are your smallest frames. All I got from her essentially is Goggles 4U is not responsible for mis sized frames. All I was looking for was advice as to how to help fit them better to my daughters face, not that I'm an idiot and don't know how to use their sizing charts. My daughter refuses to wear them, so I'm just out the money now. Guess I need to go to a brick and mortar glass dealer from now on to make sure the fit is OK and my daughter will wear them. Oh, by the way, this was on a second set of frames I had to order because the frames I originally ordered, they told me were defective, yet still listed on their website. If your testing says they are defective, don't list the style on your website. Now who's stupid?"
