(My phone would already be done by the time I received the loaner so why bother offering me a loaner or advertising it unless it is readily available and free of charge like it is implied when you purchase the warranty....) When I got the warranty they said nothing about shipping charges either which cost $7.00 there and $7.00 back for my phone and the loaner if I got it also. So the the $50.00 deductible is really $98.00. But over all it is still far better then the Apple warranty.
