The price was the best I could find on the web and sure as hell beat what my local Honda dealer wanted for it. It arrived when they said it would, but it was damaged in shipping. No problem. I called Go-Part and told them what happened. They immediately sent a replacement via priority mail and had UPS pick up the damaged one at no charge. The replacement came within three days unscathed. "Ordered on June 30th. Shipped on July 6th. Received July 11th. So processing a little slow. However, the price is very good, the item fit perfectly, and communication (sending e-mail when ordered, when shipped) was very good. Everything I expect in a good online vendor. I will definitely use them when I need the items they sell, and will recommend them to others."
