"The price of the part was wonderful - saved us about $400 - however, the shipping was ridiculous. The site states "most parts" shipped the same day, well mine didn't get shipped till a week later and it came ground from California so that took a week - so I waited two weeks for the part. The thing that upset me the most is that you all did not wait two weeks to charge my credit card - or in fact even the one week that it took you to actually ship it. You charged me credit card as soon as I hit the buy button. When I sent an email inquiring as to when the part would be sent, the response was shortly. Then you all created a Fed-ex ticket to make it seem as if it shipped on Friday when it reality Fed-ex did not receive the package until Monday. "

"What a JOKE! I kept my eye on the item to find shipping information. After over a week I finally made contact with them. They first said the item was discontinued and they had tried several times to contact me via Email. I questioned that since I did receive the confirmation of my order. He then back tracked and said they could not find the part within their distributors. I can look for one in another place but DO Not Lie to me saying that they tried to contact me when they did not. It would be nice if they were more forthcoming and contacted me versus me having to track them down. I question the integrity of the business or at least the customer service person I spoke with. "

"I have not received my part. Despite several emails and calls (only once was a live person who reassured me that the part had been shipped), I have received no tracking confirmation, information, etc. My credit card however was debited on day of purchase. Today when I went to check on order status, my account had been deleted!! I will contact credit card carrier for a dispute if part does not arrive or I have not heard from these merchants within the next few days."

"Received A/C condenser for my car on Nov. 17, 2008,nine days to arrive. The condenser was packaged haphazardly and many of the cooling fins are bent. It's nothing I can't fix with a cooling coil "comb", but I expected it to be in better condition. I don't want to wait another 20 days for shipping it back and maybe getting another bad part, so I'll fix this one. One of the two ports did not have a plug on it, either. The part is all aluminum and looks like it will keep my car cool. Will install and have a pro do the pumpout, check for leaks and add the 134a freon."

"My involvement with Go-Part turned into a nightmare due to miscommunication and a chat operator who had an attitude. My husband ordered a mirror for my daughter's 2003 Honda Accord EX sedan (a right mirror/no heat/powered). He made a mistake and ordered one for a coupe. We realized it a couple days after getting it. He called Go-Part to find out what to do, and he was guided to the online form to get an RMA number. he filled this out and submitted. I waited and waited but never received the number. So I called back to see when I would receive it. By this time it was like 15 days since the order date. I went through the exact same process he did, and I received an RMA number. The customer serv rep ensured me that the return would be accepted and I copied our chat and put in the box with the return. Not only did I put that in the return box, but I also wrote a letter and placed in the box where it would not be missed (on top of the part). I still have a copy of the letter. I reordered the part but used google to pay instead of paypal which somehow took the part from my account and made up its own google account or something, therefore the part was not showing on my account. That is why I wrote the letter and placed in the box so I could inform Go-Parts that I had reordered the correct part from them. When I got the refund it was much less than I paid. The person I chatted with told me it was because I didn't order the correct part from Go-Part. I told her I had but not through paypal. She asked what account it was under. I told her it gave me an account. I gave her the order number and she informed me that if I had of ordered under my account there wouldn't have been a problem. I told them I was sent the email address the second order was under, but that email was only a user name...the email address did not exist and that Go-Part had sent it to me so it made up another account. She typed, "I never said you were lying". I just felt she was the topping on the cake to my bad experience. Actually it could have been a "he" I don't know. Finally got back the rest of my money, but regretted going through Go-Parts to purchase it. Took way too much time. The customer service rep did remind me that we had ordered the wrong part....like I did not know that already. But we chose Go-Part to do business with also and it didn't cost them a thing for our mistake. This is not the time (with bad economy) to have bad customer service."

"As of today, June 01, 2009 I have not received my order placed on May 20, 2009, a radiator for a Suzuki Grand Vitara. Worst is the matter that I have been attempting to contact them since May 20th to add another item to my order. That would have been a mistake. I have wrote 10 or perhaps more letters, over 15 phone calls. It has gotten to the point that the customer I'm repairing the vehicle for thinks that I'm lying to him. I had to show him the receipt and have him call the company a few times, besides all the times I've called, so he can believe it; because even as my customer told me, it is so incredible that some body might choose not to belive you when you're telling the truth.
Be very extra careful when buying from this company. Some people have been lucky, because this company does not have a good policy and does not shows respect for customers. There are literally thousands of companies on the web, it's better to pay a bit more and get the respect you deserve as a customer. Buyers do not need this company, they need us. We have the option to choose because we are the one paying, and we deserve better."

"I placed an order over a week ago, my card has been charged, I have yet to hear from Go part regading the shipping of my order. Sent a follow up email two days ago no response to date. Very disappointed in their customer service."
