I ordered a condenser fan assembly and a cooling fan assembly for a Honda, on the 26th. I expected them to be shipped within a day.I called three days later, the person that I talked to said that order had been shipped that morning, the 29th. A lie. The next day I got an e-mail saying the order had been shipped this day, the 30th. I checked with the Postal Service and they confirmed this.
When I received the order it looked fine until I tried to mount the cooling fan. It wouldn't fit. Since I'm a repair shop, I wouldn't have time to return it, and keep my customer satisfied. I ended up doing major modifications to get it to fit.
one thing in their favor is that the items were extremely well packed.
I don't think I will order from this company again.

After contacting your company through this web-site about an issue I had with the mirror and it's reflective quality in a side view mirror I had ordered I received a phone call, with in hours. Your representative stated that it was very important that you take care of your customers and solve their problems. He immediately offer to replace the item with another unfortunately I had already installed the mirror and I did not want to reinstall another.
This gentleman then offered to refund a percentage of the cost of the mirror. I was not looking for more then perhaps ordering a new glass for the mirror.
I was very pleased to hear back from your company given the cynicism of today's world I wasn't expecting to.
I must say your representative made every effort to satisfy my needs and I am very happy with the service you provide and will deal with your company again if the need arises.

my part came in today , but I guess by my mistake I got the wrong part please explain what I should do to get the one I need or can I use adapter to put this on one. I was so amaze that go parts had had any parts for my my old mazda 1998 the part I needed is the one on the driver side, great job!! gooo parts'
I am really impressed with this company.
It was so easy to follow there web site to order what i needed.Found the the price was very good compared to a lot of others on the web.
My order was for jeep headlights, which i ordered on the 20th October.Received an email back straight away telling me they would be shipped and delivered by the 27th October which is today and they are on the car now as i write this.
The tracking of the shipment was great as well.
The product was well boxed and in good shape when it arrived.
10 out of ten for this company and already have passed there name on to a few people today already

Just received the headlights. They seem to be fine. My only suggestion would be to reply much sooner when processing an order when the shipping address is an issue. We waited for over a week to find that your company does not deliver to a PO Box. All is good and fine.
Fast and good part! I called junk yard around before I found GO-Part.com, and got the part I want (brand new) but cheaper than junk yard's price. Go-Part = Good-Part. It can be Trusted!
I ordered through Go-Part on Thursday but my order didn't ship until that following Monday. I read many of the reviews about this company AFTER i ordered from them. I started to get concerned about my product.
When I did recieve it, it was the correct part. Customer service was helpful, although I did have to call a few times. I would do business with this company again.

I got a great price on a radiator, and the delivery was pretty fast considering it came from CA and I am in PA. The radiator was packed very well, and in brand new condition and packed in the manufacturer's box. Very happy with Go-Part.com, and will buy from them again.
