I ordered the part for my Beetle, and since I live in Idaho, I was not expecting the part to be in for 1-2 weeks. To my amazement, they sent the part out to me the following morning. I received the part within 4 days and was able to install the part without any problems. I will recomend this company to anyone that needs parts based on the speed and accuracy of their service.

Never ordering parts before. Searched online and found Go-parts.com. matched up car light cover and ordered. Rec'd in a timely manner.

Ordered a replacement tail light for a 2000 mercury sable. They had the best price and delivery I could find.  
 
The product arrived in a vary sturdy package, in 2 business days.  
 
The replacement bolted right in and looks as good as OEM.  
 
I'll keep these guys on my parts list.

I ordered a condenser fan assembly and a cooling fan assembly for a Honda.  
When I received the order, it looked fine. I mounted the condenser fan with no problem, but when I tried to mount the cooling fan, It wouldn't fit. Since I'm a repair shop, I wouldn't have time to return it, and keep my customer satisfied. I ended up doing modifications to get it to fit.  
After talking to customer service, I found out that my order was received while the company was making a move to a new location. Their new address confirmed this. They were genuinely sorry for the mistake they had made and offered several solutions to satisfy me. Knowing the confusion that comes from moving a company from one location to another, the mistake they made was understandable.  
One of the things that impressed me about this company, was the packing job on the items. It was the best I've seen in my 40+ years of being a mechanic. They really protected the items that they sent.  
I will buy from this company again and will recommend it to others.

After contacting your company through this web-site about an issue I had with the mirror and it's reflective quality in a side view mirror I had ordered I received a phone call, with in hours. Your representative stated that it was very important that you take care of your customers and solve their problems. He immediately offer to replace the item with another unfortunately I had already installed the mirror and I did not want to reinstall another.  
This gentleman then offered to refund a percentage of the cost of the mirror. I was not looking for more then perhaps ordering a new glass for the mirror.  
I was very pleased to hear back from your company given the cynicism of today's world I wasn't expecting to.  
I must say your representative made every effort to satisfy my needs and I am very happy with the service you provide and will deal with your company again if the need arises.

my part came in today , but I guess by my mistake I got the wrong part please explain what I should do to get the one I need or can I use adapter to put this on one. I was so amaze that go parts had had any parts for my my old mazda 1998 the part I needed is the one on the driver side, great job!! gooo parts'

I am really impressed with this company.  
It was so easy to follow there web site to order what i needed.Found the the price was very good compared to a lot of others on the web.  
My order was for jeep headlights, which i ordered on the 20th October.Received an email back straight away telling me they would be shipped and delivered by the 27th October which is today and they are on the car now as i write this.  
The tracking of the shipment was great as well.  
The product was well boxed and in good shape when it arrived.  
10 out of ten for this company and already have passed there name on to a few people today already

My headlights are wonderful. My friend told me this was a reliable company as he had ordered headlights from here and was very pleased. I was going to have to pay upwards of $500 dollars at a dealership. On a limited income this company was a savior. I would highly recommend this company. They were so easy to install. Fast and good part! I called junk yard around before I found GO-Part.com, and got the part I want (brand new) but cheaper than junk yard's price. Go-Part = Good-Part. It can be Trusted!

I ordered through Go-Part on Thursday but my order didn't ship until that following Monday. I read many of the reviews about this company AFTER i ordered from them. I started to get concerned about my product.  
When I did recieve it, it was the correct part. Customer service was helpful, although I did have to call a few times. I would do business with this company again.  
I ordered a Koyo radiator for my 1990 Nissan 240SX. I hope other consumers have the same succes rate.

Ordered a RH side mirror for an 08' Civic. Fit perfectly and hook-up was a snap! I'm very happy with the part, the price and the service. We'll do business again!
