Called and called and emailed to see what the holdup was with the shipping. No response from Go-Part for DAYS. Finally after about two weeks was able to get ahold of someone who said they needed to verify my address. A couple days later still no shipping number. Manage to finally get ahold of someone they say the part is not in stock but they can send a cheaper part and refund me the difference. As of June 7th still no refund and haven't been able to get in touch with ANYONE at the company. <br><br>Prices are good, customer service is absolutely NONEXISTENT. I would not order from there again. If for some reason you have to get ahold of them (very likely) it is near impossible. "I needed a passenger-side rear view mirror for my 2007 Honda Odyssey van. I called the local Honda Dealer and was quoted around $290 for part and installation. Thought this was a bit high so I found the Go-Part-Com site and found the mirror, ordered it for a total of $53.55 including shipping. It shipped quickly and I had it installed and working in about 15 minutes. There were no instructions but they are easily found on YouTube. Saved around $260.00, didn't have to make an appointment, drive to the dealership and wait around until they got to it. It looks great, works fine and was totally painless. I would recommend GO-PARTS with no hesitations. "
