"Ordered a vacuum through Rakuten.com but shipping fulfilled by Govacuum. Sent a different vacuum with no return label. Got a return label and returned the vacuum. I have confirmation they have received it but inquires to them about a refund have gone unanswered. It surprises me that a company like this can have such poor customer service and still be around. You would be better off ordering from someone else."
"BAD SERVICE. I ordered a battery for a cordless vacuum on 2/16/13, and received Your order is being processed by our shipping department. Shortly, you will receive a follow up email, confirming shipment and providing you with a link to track your package. After 8 days and no shipping email, I opened a service ticket to ask them when is it shipping. I received an email back the next day stating the Battery in on back order until March 3rd. Today is March 10th and still no battery. (You would think a business would have better customer service that when an item is out of stock, they would contact the customer and inform them, and update the website). I checked my order status and it's still pending. GOVACUUM HAD NO PROBLEM CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD THE DAY I PLACED MY ORDER FOR THE FULL AMOUNT. You would think they would have waited to have the item first before charging me. so after 22 days, yes 22 days and no battery, I will be asking for them to issue a refund. Guess I will see how long that takes. "
"I wonder how this company stays in business. I have had a difficult time getting my order right. You call and get an answering machine. The order is shipped wrong and it takes 2 days to get a call back. the new name for this company be " Go Away Vacuum. Com". I have never met a greater bunch of morons"
"I ordered an entire vaccuum package with powerhead. My Visa card was charged instantly. Three weeks went by & no vac. E-mail they sent said it had been shipped but bthe tracking link did not work. Called company and left several messages. NO return calls after two days! Went on their online chat and was told someone would have to get back to me in the morning. Morning came & went, no phone call, no e-mail. Tried again to reach someone by phone to no avail. Went back on "chat" and was told there is a delay on my order, no explanation, just a "delay" I demanded they cancel order and credit my card. I was told that if it was already shipped they wouldn't be able to cancel. This after they just told me there was a delay!!! After some more back & forth they agrred to cancel and sent me an e-mail stating that. I'm now waiting for the credit. This company's service & integrity is HORRIBLE."
"Just purchased a Sanitaire SC9150 vacuum for our Company Office. Tracking notification (which said it had shipped and gave an anticipated delivery date) led only to a blank page for current status. i called Go Vacuum who noted that the machine was coming from an Amazon Warehouse. After much questioning they also noted that it had not shipped yet. They told me that the spare bags I ordered had been delivered but I assured them they had not. The machine arrived yesterday with the box ripped on the top. I could not refuse the shipment as it was left on my doorstep. The machine appeared intact but when I opened it, it was the wrong color and had a suffix (B) on the model number. It also seemed to weigh more than the description said. Suspicious, I began to look for this model on multiple other online sites and learned that the model I received is discontinued and those sites were selling this machine at least $100 cheaper than I paid for it. I have sent two emails already about this ?bait and switch ...or is it just a genuine mistake but have not received a reply. Lastly, in the very fine print at the bottom of this Company's boasting of the highly touted free in home trial and free returns for 60 days there is an exclusion for all commercial vacuums. now I have the unpleasant task of contacting them again to explain that they had a third party send me a slightly different model than I ordered, that arrived in damaged packaging, is not the weight listed (too heavy) and is now listed as a discontinued model and that Go Vacuum now excludes from its 'free returns' policy. Need I say more....perhaps this is not the Company to do business with. Oh yes, I forgot to add, they never did answer my initial question typed on the original order form, nor did the Customer Service Rep answer my question as to what went wrong with the original order that was never placed, neccessitating a call from me to locate its whereabouts. Buyer Beware!"

"I ordered replacement vacuum bags for my Oreck and they came through damaged. When I contacted them they replaced the order and at no cost and I received confirmation within 15 minutes of the replacement order. I am very pleased with their customer service and will add them to my favorites list and recommend them highly. Thank you"
"Well, I have to say a big negative for this company due to a big mistake that was made in the beginning (taking, then incorrectly canceling then reinstating my order without letting me know before I placed an order with another company), and then a huge hassle in getting a refund after returning a defective vacuum. Comedy of errors and slow customer service."
