"Per notification; my glasses were supposed to be delivered by 03/03.Today is 03/07, no glasses. Per USPS tracking they are still sitting in IL somewhere. I contacted Glasses USA customer service; their only response was "a glitch in USPS tracking". I wished someone would tell me what the delay is all about. This is my first purchase with GlassesUSA and so far I am very very dissatisfied. "

"I still have not received the glasses I ordered. I had to do a live chat to check status only then did I get a tracking number. I cancelled the second pair of glasses on my order the same day the order was placed was told I would received a refund of $243.00 within a few business days which never happened only to find out after I sent an email that I wouldn't receive the refund until I received the pair of glasses that I ordered. You are quick to process the full payment of the order but not the refund. I'm worried that I'm going to end up with both pair of glasses since I wasn't sent a confirmation email of the cancellation nor is my order online updated. I don't believe I will be using your company in the future and will be retracting the referrals I gave out to friends and family."

"The quality and clarity of the glasses are great. I felt that it took a bit long to receive them. (Received 3/2/14) They are supposed to turn gray in the sunlight and we have not had any sunlight since I received them. Therefore, the verdict is still out as to whether they transition well. I feel like I've been asked to give my rating too quickly. If the lenses tint as they are supposed to, I'd probably change my rating to "Very Satisfied.""
