going on week 3
"Beware this company - It's going on week 3 waiting on my 1.25 reader glasses and they still haven't been shipped. I asked 5 days ago to cancel the order, only to be told I could not cancel. According to the description on the website, my glasses were to take 3 days. I can't get a timely response from customer service. Some responses taking 3 business days."

"a week ago i got an email that said my glasses were complete and they would notify me when they shipped. I have not received any more communications a week later. how long does it take to put a pair of glasses in box and ship them. Or the original email was a lie and the glasses have not been manufactured yet.
Either way glassesusa needs to reevaluate their processes that are not working."

"I was a skeptic when it came down to purchasing eye wear online, thoughts such as "Would they look good on me? Would they fit my face?" were complete eradicated. Aside from the affordability, the array of designs, and the convenience of it all, the uploading of my own picture- to give me a general idea of how they would look on me- became the selling point. difficulty in finalizing order
"I placed an order, within a few hours I received an email telling me that the lens would be better with a different lens index......for an additional $30. I did a little research on this to make sure I was not being sold something I did not need. I did not need it but it would make a better product.....as would anything you pay more for. I went to the website filled out a comment about the situation. I apparently must call them instead. I also used a shopping site Swagbucks and the company can not give me the SBreward for the $30 with equals 270SBrewards and I refuse to continue with the transaction with out them. I am now in a back and forth via email, which will take days and I will not be able to use the GlassesUSA memorial day weekend sale promocode when I am finally able to cancel this order and reorder. Big pain in the *ss."
