reply posted Jun-11-2013 “We sincerely apologize that you were not satisfied with the speed of your order delivery. PayPal does occasionally flag a payment for review, and when this happens, the order gets put on hold until their review is complete. Except when circumstances prevent it, all samples are shipped by the next business day at the very latest. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration.”

After 10 days I got an email from the store asking how I liked my samples! What samples? I called them and they said first that my paypal account hadn't been charged until the day before, and then that my order had been on hold due to random checking(?). The salesperson promised to get the order out that day. It finally arrived 6 days later. This is terrible service.
