It would have cost me $3000 to ship the backsplash back using UPS. The backsplash that arrived didn't match the same color as the backsplash picture online. It was lighter and grey instead of dark and brown like the picture. The company was less than helpful and I would not buy from them again. I should have ordered a sample first so I do take some responsibility but had I known the cost to return, I wouldn't have ordered. The 365 day return policy is a joke when the 15% restocking fee and shipping costs were more than my total order price. At Glass Tile Store I was able to find what I wanted with a variety of colors on each pack and it was so much cheaper. The price was cheap but the quality is great.
