"I have been ordering via mail order and then the internet for years and have never had a worse experience than I have had with Giggles n Curls. They do not stand behind their merchandise and have poor customer service. I returned three items to them two months ago, two defective items and one item that arrived later than promised which was after the event we purchased it for, and am still trying to receive credit for the merchandise. I was told at first that my merchandise had been received but not processesed because of the holiday rush. Now they say they never received my merchandise, although I sent it via insured mail. I have made no less than 20 calls regarding this situation. I would never again order from Giggles n Curls or their sister sites Snips n Snails, Crib n Crib, or One of a Kind Kid."
