reply posted May-11-2012 “We made a mistake in our inventory system and ran out of the refurbished ipod nanos, so we sent this customer a brand new one at no additional cost. The ipod was delivered on 5/3/12 according to the tracking info for this shipment”

"I have not received the item that I purchased and did not get a response to several emails asking when I might receive my ipod nano. If I am not going to receive this item anytime soon, I would like my money back"
