The company sent exactly what I ordered in good time. Except, they upgraded the case for better cooling and a beefier power supply. More impressive was the little extras that they included at no cost: extra SATA cables, extra mounting hardware, a SATA power adapter. They even sent along the original anti-static bags that the motherboard and hard drive shipped in. I checked Reseller ratings and these guys looked good but you never really know. I put my system all together with their on-line tool. Got an e-mail the next day from Mr. Lee telling me that the PSU I requested was out of stock but they would upgrade it to 850W at no cost. They met their 3-5 business day build time. The PC was well packed so no shipping damage. When I opened the PC case, cable management was well done with tie wraps everywhere. It fired up on the first try and is now performing well. ![Share](javascript:share_rating({"review_body":"Like everyone else whom have rated Georgia Computer Workshop, I too have nothing but great things to say about this incredible company!<br><br>I have been looking online for a company to build a custom PC to my specifications and the majority of the companies I found seemed only to tailor to the high-end gaming PC market. GCWorkshop on the other hand, are willing and able to meet any system needs you may have, from desktop mini-PCs to frag-tastic gaming rigs, and on to home entertainment PCs, GCWorkshop offers them all.<br><br>I sent an email to GCworkshop explaining my needs for my custom build, and within a few hours I got a very helpful reply from Danny, who helped me choose the best set up. I had some special requests for the layout of my PCI cards and they met all my needs. <br><br>After my build was complete, GCWorkshop gave my system a 48-hour burn in test. Very cool, as almost all other companies only do a 12 to 24-hour burn in.<br><br>My PC was double boxed and packed with packing peanuts and arrived safely with no damage.<br><br>I opened up my PC to check the components and wire management and I was extremely pleased with how well organized the wires were kept. The wire management work is perfect for maximizing air flow and still having quick access to the wires if need be. <br><br>Included in the box was all the CDs, DVDs, extra wires and instruction books for the components installed in my build.<br><br>The customer support they offer on all there systems is amazing, three years labor and one year parts from the date your computer ships as well as three year tech support on your system. 3 years of tech support! That\u0027s better then any big-box store, better than Dell, and it\u0027s included for free with your PC purchase! WOW!!!<br><br>I am so satisfied with my experience with GCworkshop that I plan on buying all my future PCs and PC components through them. They seem to care about there customers, you are not just a number to them.<br> <br>Being able to pick the motherboard, memory speed, processor, video card, etc without being limited to specific choices was great, prices are on par with other companies.<br><br>When I was deciding on the computer I had a few questions, I sent e-mails asking the questions and I actually received very informative and helpful reply. They even went so far as to make sure that the order I placed was correct and that I did not order more than I needed due to the fact that I ordered 2 windows XP CD\u0027s, other companies would not have done that. I also requested that the computer be set up a certain way which they did <br><br>The computer was shipped out on the date they said they would, delivered on schedule and was in excellent condition, extremely well packed. I especially like the fact that I got the manuals, CD\u0027s, cables & extra parts for all the products installed, if it came with a product in the computer then they send it to you.<br><br>I unpacked and it was exactly as ordered, all wiring was neatly routed in the case, everything well attached. I then asked to have the case changed to a better one and they agreed. They were out of stock on the DVD drive I requested so they asked if they could replace it with another and better one for the same price. Of course I agreed.<br><br>I was kept informed of the progress and they completed it and shipped it on the date they said they would. There was a problem with UPS at my end and when I informed them they immediately got in touch with UPS to get that fixed. <br><br>I got the delivery and it was in excellent condition, very well packed and even the box was not dented. Surprising for UPS.<br><br>Unpacked and it was exactly as agreed. I hooked it up and turned it on. Everything worked. I use Linux so I installed my Linux distribution and everything was recognized, the cable network worked and I was in business. I liked that I got the manuals and CD\u0027s for the products installed even though I did not have Windows installed.<br><br>I am a very satisfied customer indeed. "I already had a graphics card that i wanted to use with the PC i was purchasing from GCW. I emailed their support prior to purchasing and they explained that they would just set up the PCI-e cables for me so that i could install my card when the PC arrived. They did exactly that, everything was hooked up tidily, and I was up and running with no issues.
