"I buy a lot of stuff online so I should've known better but this seller had the Nikon D70 priced about $210 less than most others and I couldn't resist. They jack up the shipping but I was still $130 to the good. You can order online but will have to talk to a salesman before they ship. He tried to charge me extra for the battery and charger that's included in the kit which which put the price about $70 over the competition. I canceled the order and bought from a seller I know and trust. Beware of this disreputable reseller."

"I got a EOS 20D and Sigma 28-105 2.8-4 the 20D was 749.00 and the Sigma was 599.00 went I got home and check on the Cost Of the Sigma it was between 150-200 on the web so I sent it back but they only want to refund 299.00.
After doing a charge back with American Express I looked around some more and they are tied in with Save-Here.com PhotoKing.com and I think ExpressCamera.com They all have the same story in reviews but its about time somebody put a stop to them........."

"Ordered a digital camera on 11/16, received an email the next day asking me to call to confirm the order, which I did. They did try to push stuff but I told them that I just wanted the camera. I was told that it would ship in 14-21 days. I called on 12/6 since I had not received a shipping date and my credit card had not been charged. I was told that the camera would not be in for a few more weeks. I cancelled the order. This cost me 3 weeks trying to get a certain camera before Christmas."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT. I placed an internet order online for a Digital Camera body Oct 12th, 2005. After several days I received an email to call them to confirm my order. That should have been my first warning. Well, I called and was subjected to some of the most disgusting and rude "upselling" I have ever heard (battery and charger for $300.00?). I finally told the Scheister from NY/NJ(HEAVY accent) that I only wanted the camera body and he finally said it would be shipped out. Today is Dec. 1st, and I cancelled my order because I have still not received the camera (OUT OF STOCK). I am now watching my Credit Card, this seller has been known to charge anyway after the order has been cancelled."

"Same exact experience as the previous reviewer. I e-mailed to get my tracking number and was told to call in. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time I get a salesman who said well my order hasn't been "confirmed" and proceeded to try and sell me no less than 3 additional items that would have added $200 easily to my order. Then I was told ok the product would arrive in 14-21 business days. I asked him "where the heck is this shipping from?" My next comment was "please cancel my order." Easily the worst experience shopping online in my life...their procedures, if you can call it that, are a joke. STAY AWAY!! Pay more for quality service. I didn't check resellerratings.com on this order and it cost me a week because of it and 2 hours on hold. This seller gets a resounding F."

"Joe transferred me to another agent in 'Sales' and this agent proceeded to attempt to argue me down and speak over me in a condescending tone. He said that the order already shipped and that he could not cancel. [Mind you the order was confirmed 1hr prior to this call] THIS IS WHY I'M CANCELLING! Online reviews - which I should have read before ordering from you - are all NEGATIVE and after reading some of those reviews, I decided I did not want to order from this company. Did it ever occur to you that you would build a loyal customer following if you simply operated an honest, customer-centered business? Forget it! I will post this review and hopefully then next potential customer will read it and stay away from this company!"

" It makes me sick to admit that I bought from these crooks. I spent $4,599.99 for a d2x body,extended warrentee, charger etc.. Everything looked fine so I thought all was ok. Not. I sent it in to nikon for service only for them to take it and tell me it's stolen. Still trying to get my money back. It's a good thing I live along ways from NJ. or I would probably be in jail for something awfull. Stay far away."

"This business is a rip-off specialist. They high pressure sold me an "upgrade" which was of inferior merchandise. They were not supposed to charge shipping, but did to a tune of $207, now I know why since shipping is not refundable. They also charge "at least 5% restocking fee. Customer Service does not answer the phone for returns. AVOID THESE SHYSTERS AT ALL COST! "

"I ordered from this company, got confirmation and was told to call the company. I called they tried the bait and switch on me. I was laughed at and scorned. This Joe guy called me a liar and started talking like a female. He's a crook. Don't order from them. I tried Express Cameras, asked them if they were affiliated with Genius. They said no. I was lied to. Unfortunately I ordered from Genius, and then cancelled. I've contacted my credit card. STAY AWAY FROM GENIUS AND EXPRESS CAMERAS. "

"Can't get any costumer service and if I did, the moment I mention about canceling I get put on hold. This company send me the accessory but no camera. They said the camera will be there in 3-4 days but it had been almost three weeks already and I haven't got anything yet. I never got a confirmation of what they send me. Yeah I think these guy are crook. Don't ever buy anything from here. I should of check the reviews to avoid the headache."
