"I was searching for the Razer DeathAdder and Genitech Computers was near me and actually had it in stock, although it was a bit more expensive than other places. I first e-mailed them but then called having not received a response. I got the answer I needed and placed my order. I just picked up my items today. They gave me the option of picking it up where the sales office is located or in my town. They're a bit closer than the other location but that location had longer hours.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the experience. They were very easy to deal with. Some of their stuff is a bit more expensive ($587.99 vs $306.99 for a particular hard drive than another online retailer with a store near me) but they do have things I'm looking for in stock. One exception is the mousepad I ordered but they had another colour available. I decided to wait and they'll notify me when it comes in and I'll pick it up.
I am interested in another Razer product as well, the Razer Barracuda AC-1 Internal Gaming Audio Card. If the price comes down so that it'll be closer to me getting it elsewhere with shipping, I'll get it sooner rather than later."

Even if something isn't listed on the website, always call in and make sure. Genitech is very easy to communicate with and is always willing to help. Seems like they always try to put the customer first which is a good thing. Overall i'm happy i purchased from Genitech and i will return again for future purchases!"

"While doing a Search in Canada for the NEW Saitek Eclipse ll Keyboard, lit in 3 colours, Genitech was the only Seller that not only sold it but actually had it in stock.
I sent an email re shipping charge. In the meantime, I discovered another Seller at a lower price. When Ali responded, with a favourable Shipping Charge I might add, I told him of the competitor's price. I didn't ASK him to meet the price, he chose to meet the price so I bought the keyboard from him the AM of 18Oct06.
Ali phoned me for my CC, etc., within 15 mins I had an Invoice, and 4 hrs later I recvd a Tracking nbr from FedEx. My beautiful Keyboard arrived in the AM TWO days later, 20Oct06, wrapped to perfection for it's trip.
Ali's Professional congeniality made me feel my purchase was "Special". So much so that I can honestly say I enjoyed the transaction.
I've never had this opinion of any other Online Reseller.
Give Ali the opportunity of supplying you with your computer components! I'm sure you won't be disappointed just as I know my future purchases will be treated with Ali's SUPERIOR Professional efficiency.
BTW I LOVE the Saitek Eclipse ll Keyboard and I see too that Ali/Genitech is now offering it at the same low reduced price he granted to me!
I doubt you will find it being sold at a lower price in Canada. I'll even venture to include 99% of the US Resellers! Now THAT'S a low price and in CDN DOLLARS! "

"I was very impressed with the speed of delivery of my order. Ordered product (Razer eXactMat) on May 23 about 2:00pm, delivered to my door at 6:00pm the next day (May 24). That is stellar performance from a company that I had just discovered that same day. Seeing that I live about four hours away from shipping point, that is oustanding. Will oreder again without hesitation if the need arises. I may add that if the product is available through them since their product line is not that large, yet.I still believe that their product delivery was the best of any company I have dealt with in the past."
