"I've been buying my CD and DVD writeable media from this merchant since about the time DVD burning came onto the computer scene. The prices and personal service are always very precise and timely. Plus, they sell all of the latest and greatest brands as well. I've recommended them to others, and will continue to do so."

"Excellent Top Notch Service to the tee! I rarely come across a company that replies to an email in such a quick, friendly, and personal manner thus giving the customer so much appreciation. In the today’s philosophy of "no customer service, automated emails, automated phone lines, voice mail, etc" this company sure treats you like a REAL COMPANY should treat you...like a customer and not a number. I have nothing but good things to say about GenesysDTP, and to top it off...GREAT PRODUCTS and SELECTION! Furthermore, FAST DELIVERY! Can't go wrong with GenesysDTP!!!

"Best online merchant I've ever dealt with. Good communication, fast shipping, and low prices. I've been a steady customer for several years and I've never had a single bad experience with Marc. I'm consistenly impressed with GenesysDTP."

"I've been nothing but pleased with the service I get from GDTP. These guys are great. Marc personally takes the time to answer questions in super short time.

The Product is outstanding and I;ve never ever had a defect issue.
I've been a customer for over a year now and have not found better prices, selection, service, superb quality shipping and great communication.

"I've been buying media and cases from Marc for over a year now, and with every single purchase he always exceeds my expectations. He consistently offers high-grade CD and DVD blanks at great prices, throws in free shipping, communicates with the customer constantly through the sale process, and responds to questions or comments within hours of sending an e-mail.

Not only does he ship for free, but he sends the product out as quickly as humanly possible, and e-mails you the tracking number before UPS even has it in the database! Not even Amazon.com or Outpost.com offer the level of service and competence that Genesys DTP has shown in my dealings with them.

Even if I see a spindle of DVDs or CDs for a $1 less somewhere else on the web, I stick with Genesys DTP because I know the quality of the product and the speed of delivery.

I have come to trust his company to the point where I don't hesitate to direct my family, friends, and co-workers to buy from him rather than be overcharged by a chain retailer or shipped a shoddy product by an online merchant.

I only hope that he can deal with all the referral business I'm going to continue to send his way! Great company, friendly service, outstanding product. I recommend Genesys DTP unconditionally."

"Better service and product then I had hoped and a price to match! Even the email communication was great. I received email to confirm my order, to confirm it shipped and the tracking # and even an email that it had been delivered. WOW!"

"I've been doing business with Marc and Genesys DTP for over four years.
It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Genesys DTP -- I have found the CD-Rs, jewel cases, and sleeves to be of consistently excellent quality.
I've made numerous purchases over the years, each one to my complete satisfaction. I've referred people to GenesysDTP.com and will continue to do so.
