As a regular purchaser of computer hardware due to my technical role at an ISP, I have come to prefer Generic over the other resellers in the lower mainland area. This has been the case for over three years now.  
 
Their prices tend to be very close to the best in the area, but the real reason to go there is the environment -- most places seem to want to make a sale and move on to the next customer, whereas here there is usually care taken to ensure whatever you are buying is going to work with your hardware, etc.
