I ordered the Arkon Sm221 Lighter Socket Cellular Phone Mount from GeekBro.com. They had one of the lowest prices on the web available for this item. They sent me an email right away confirming my order and also my tracking number. I got my package in 3 days as expected. I had never heard of Geekbro.com before. I was in a hurry to buy my son something "tekkie" that he would love for his birthday. I found this item online and it was by far the cheapest (in some companies by $40). I had asked customer service two questions before I ordered and they got back to me within a few hours. My son received the gift today and he was ecstatic! This was such a great DVR and he loved it!!! I want to thank Geekbro.com and I promise I'll be ordering again from them! Very nice people to work with!

These folks easily had the best price for the very high quality Sanus Wall Mount for my Panasonic 58" TV--a couple of hundred dollars less than some other vendors, $50 less than the next best deal. I emailed them with a question--on the Sunday before Christmas--and got a reply within half an hour. We had several more such email exchanges, in every case it was clear I was talking to a real human being who was trying to be responsive. I placed the order. It said clearly on their site that given the Christmas rush, there would likely be some delay in shipping. But in fact it shipped the next day (the 24th), and I received an email confirming that shipment on Christmas day. Delivery was prompt, and the item was clearly brand new, perfect condition, exactly what I ordered. I would definitely order again from this company.

Received item just as expected. Would definitely buy again.

Product was exactly as advertised, and arrived in a ludicrously brief time -- ordered it on Saturday, and it arrived in perfect condition by Ground the following Tuesday.  
 
Hard to argue with that.

After searching for Canon G9 Waterproof Case on Google I came upon GeekBro.com. The ratings looked good and it was in stock so I purchased it.  
 
LET THE BUYER BEWARE! Before ordering from this retailer make sure you read the fine print. 20% restocking fee and you lose your shipping if the product isn't correct.  
 
The link to GeekBro from google was actually for a G7 case not a G9 ( even though it listed G7/G9 ) and it didn't fit my camera.  
 
So a Google recommend retailer ended up costing me $49.16 on a $179.35 purchase.  
 
DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!  
all orders are shipped from there "SUPPLIER". If there is a problem, YOU PAY!

The ordering process and actually receiving the order went well. Then everything went downhill from there. I ordered the SIB-200 studio in a box. What I received was a package that had already been opened and was poorly disguised as being new. The tripod had several marks from the lock ring where it had been used. The lamp cords were not bundled and one lamp had a used bulb screwed in. The tent was dirty and torn.  
Geekbro responded quickly but did not have any new SIB-200's available so I'm to receive a refund.

I must say I was hesitant to make a purchase from Geekbro.com as I had never heard of them, but I read the reviews (3 at the time) and they had the cheapest price so took a chance. I forgot to include my suite number on my shipping address so I wrote them an email on their contact us link and within 29 minutes I had heard back from them, that’s right 29 minutes, not a day or two and they had corrected my issue and told me that it would not affect my shipping. I received an email from them with my shipping information (or can be found on their site in your account info) and my item had shipped out that night and was already in my city and would be delivered the next day.  
Now they are located in Oklahoma and I live in Dallas so not a long flight for shipping, but 3 day delivery is impressive none the less. Being only the 2nd day I have not yet received my package but expect nothing but to be satisfied when it arrives. Highly recommend them and will definitely purchase from them again. Kudos for a job well done, you don’t find good customer service very often.
