"This company is so bad, it's rediculous. I started using gearxs as a dropship supplier for my buisness. I have placed 21 orders in the past 3 weeks, and it has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I have orders that show shipped for 2 weeks with a tracking # that have not even shipped. They ignore all issues problems. My customers are as upset as thiers. I urge anyone to read ALL the reviews on this company, as well as thier BBB report,http://www.bbb.org/chicago/business-reviews/computers-dealers/gearxs-in-morton-grove-il-88380909 Update: gearxs refuses to refund non shipped items.They simply replaced old tracking numbers with new ones that still have not shipped. Due to this review, my account with them has been erased, so I do not have access to my order history, shipping status etc."

"I received a confirmation email that my order shipped via DHL Smartmail on 1/25/05 but after 2 weeks I still had not received my order. I contacted them and GearXS were unable to provide any tracking information and their response was to just wait for the order. A requested credit went unanswered. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card to get a refund. Terrible service, would not advise doing business with this company!"
"Bought a refurbished computer. After a couple of weeks I returned it because it stopped working(no signal and fan accelerated until I turned it off). Got the computer back(was told it had bad capacitors). Another few weeks the same thing happened(no signal, fan accelerating uncontrollably). Was now out of the 1 month warranty so GearXS wouldn't do anything. Had it checked out locally. Was told processor was damaged. So I have a computer that doesn't work, got 3 - 4 weeks use out of it."

"The price was good, but the service/delivery was unsatisfactory. I ordered a software title for download where they would send me a link for the download and a product key to activate the software (Windows 7 Home Premium). I ordered on a Tuesday and they charged my credit card immediately. After two days with no email, I called to ask when I would get the link/key. They told me it takes a couple of days to verify the purchase; odd, but OK. Still no link by Friday or all weekend... so lost that time to do the upgrade. Called Monday to ask and they said there had been a delay in processing but I would have the email that night. Wrong again. Called Tuesday - 1 week later for a download purchase!! - and was told they're (THEY??) being processed and I should get the email Tuesday or Wednesday. At that point, I lost all faith in the company's ability to deliver what I ordered, so I canceled the order and asked for a refund, which the CS rep agreed to do immediately. Time will tell if it really is processed immediately."
"This was an unusual experience with an otherwise reliable merchant. I ordered a download of Win 7 Home. It took from March 18 to April 1st to 'deliver' the link for the download. After 10 days, I sent an inquiry to customer service. They advised me the link had been sent. It did not arrive for three days. I am most dissatisfied, and wonder how well the company is run."
"I already contacted paypal. Here is a copy of my message to them: "My item is still listed as PACKAGING-4-AM. I wrote a message in their website and never got any answer. I called 3 days ago. A girl answered me after 45 minutes to tell me she was going to send via email a tracking number, which she never did. Her excuse was that they had to dispatch the item from a second warehouse. It was a present to my son. I just want my money back. I will put Gearxs.com on my spam list as of now. They screw up my Xmas." Now I want you all crooks to go to hell where you all belong . Email dated April 6th, I placed a call today (April 12) and the person replied they are behind on emails...... 6 day behind????
I sent another email on 9th, and no reply, i had to place a call to get a response
