"Order took about 2 weeks to arrive. The items were pretty much as described and what we would expect for the price. The only negative comment I have about the entire process was that with shipping costs, other items became too expensive to order and would be cheaper on other sites. The cameras that I ordered were on special from woot.com and therefore had a $5 set shipping fee. "
"Placed order on May 8 for an item that was (and is, as of today) clearly labeled "In Stock." On May 9, received e-mail that item was being "packaged." So far, so good. However, I waited and heard nothing for nearly a week.
Called them on May 14 to inquire about the status. I was told it would ship out in 24-48 hours and I would receive a tracking number by e-mail. Waited 48 hours but no e-mail. Called again and the representative said the item was located in a "secondary warehouse" and would be shipped out via FedEx that day, and I should be receiving an e-mail with a tracking number by close of business. 24 hours later, nothing, so I called again. After hopping through 2 supervisors, I was finally informed that the item was in fact not in stock and I would be receiving a refund. The refund was promptly issued, but GearXS wasted over a week of my time waiting."
"The ordering process was a snap. Fast and easy. For the first time though no information on my order. Placed order on 4/29/2012. Recieved e-mail on 4/30/2012 that my order was being packaged. When I check on line the status it still as of today 5/18/2012 shows pending. My credit card was charged on 5/1/2012 for the order. Sent e-mail asking about order a week after placing it and was told it would be shipping that day. I am very disturbed that I have no idea when I will recieve this order. All I want is to know is why is it still pending?"
