The only negative comment I have about the entire process was that with shipping costs, other items became too expensive to order and would be cheaper on other sites. I was told it would ship out in 24-48 hours and I would receive a tracking number by e-mail. Waited 48 hours but no e-mail. Called again and the representative said the item was located in a \u0022secondary warehouse\u0022 and would be shipped out via FedEx that day, and I should be receiving an e-mail with a tracking number by close of business. 24 hours later, nothing, so I called again. After hopping through 2 supervisors, I was finally informed that the item was in fact not in stock and I would be receiving a refund. Recieved e-mail on 4\/30\/2012 that my order was being packaged. When I check on line the status it still as of today 5\/18\/2012 shows pending. My credit card was charged on 5\/1\/2012 for the order. Sent e-mail asking about order a week after placing it and was told it would be shipping that day. I am very disturbed that I have no idea when I will recieve this order.
