At this point I emailed back to ask how to set the transmitter so that the code would match the existing working one. It is useless otherwise. <br>Admittedly, this is not my area of expertise and I need some basic explanations, but no one responded to my email. So I am stuck with one working transmitter, one that has only been in use 6 months and is apparently broken, and a new one that I do not know how to program in.<br>Obviously a little unhappy.<br><br>Update- Gatecrafters has immediately found my missed email- sent me great instructions and hopefully now all is well. Great to know they are willing to go back and take care of issues. I can now totally recommend.
