"I placed an order for a replacement cover for our gazebo. Garden Winds made it very clear which cover to order and recommended a treatment to prolong the life of the cover. Both items arrived within a week and I was able to track the shipping on line. We have since put the cover on our gazebo and it fits and looks great. The canvas treatment was easy to use. I would recommend this company regarding amount of information provided on their web site and ease of ordering. The product was exactly as they specified and makes our gazebo look like new!! Thanks"
"I ordered 2 beige canopies for my gazebos. They arrived on time, but the color had more yellow in it than I had wanted. (I wish they did have color swatches available.) The canopies clashed with our house. When I called to make sure it was okay to return them, there were no hassles. I was also told it would take only two days once they were received to issue my refund. Their customer service was friendly and helpful. Once I get my refund, I will order two more in nutmeg. I was very happy with how the originals fit when I put them up. I only wish the color had been more on the beige side instead of sand. I am looking forward to shade once again!"

Garden Winds was the first site I found. They had my replacement, I ordered it and it will be sent out July 15. Afterwards I looked at more sites, but Garden Winds was the easiest to get around in and the prices were fair."
