The customer has initially received a controller he ordered online before Christmas. A thumbstick broke, and he demanded a replacement. A replacement was sent out free of charge. We offered him a complimentary controllers for his troubles since he was a loyal customer. We send out a 2nd controller free of charge. The customer became demanding, and started to take advantage of our good customer service ethics. Finally, after going back and fourth several times, he was still not satisfied. A refund was offered, but he refused to accept since he wanted the controllers done all over again. The company has offered to make a custom design of his choice if he provided graphics. Unfortunately, we were under going serious company troubles, which needed to be addressed. The customer kept calling while clearly told he would need to wait for a custom deign to be furnished, but patience was not on his side. Having limited resources and short staff in the painting department, we had no choice but to let him know we could not make it on his requested time frame. The customer continued to call, while being extremely disrespectful. Upper management decided to stop wasting time as a solution could not be reached. In addition, please stand by as we are preparing to launch a brand new website shortly.”

"Horrible. I bought a cronus from them, never got a tracking number, never got anything other than a confirmation email. I called for two weeks, left messages, wrote emails, and put in a paypal claim. This company is a joke. They have made zero contact getting back to me, never are in the office to answer their phone, and are just plain horrible to work with. Avoid"
