since v1.4 cames,many customers were worried and asked how to get backup for it...big headache...i see from gameyeeeah's blog about r4i gold when i was distressed...  
first i wrote its customer to confirm that backup can work on v1.4.i have to say the reply is fast than i expected.That was why i ordered 50 pcs (2 ctn )from 'em .  
fast delivery indeed.i got my goods within 5 days ,ofcoz shipped by dhl.lol  
my customer is satisfied with my service,i am satisfied with their service.  
ive noted that they released discount frequently,like 10 % for laborday recently.  
i am still waiting to see if they will release voucher for the next days...honestly , i will order one ore 50 pcs from 'em under good price .  
ofcoz,bargain is needed .lol  

More than 3 months nothing received and support answer - "wait more days".

Extrememly unhappy with Customer Service. I orded the product on June 26, and the last time I check the item was returned, because it was sent incorrectly. The only way for me to get the product again. Is after I wait another 3 weeks for them to get the product and I pay for another shipping fee, after I have already paid for everything, for the product to be send to me again, which then I have to wait another 3 weeks. I refuse to pay for the product again after I have already paid for it once and never received it. I expect a full refund, but of course I won't be able to get that until they received the product. Customer Service was not helpful at all and very rude. Never will I buy here again.

Got item that was advertised in new condition. Works great. Shipping took a week with HK air mail(cheapest shipping option) to US. Highly recommend.

3 weeks to receive my item when I paid for overnight shipping. It was broken when it showed up, now they wont give me a refund after 2 months of arguing with them about if the broken one had been returned WHEN I HAD A TRACKING NUMBER EVEN!!  
 
THIS PLACE IS THE WORST, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Item send but lost by local post. 50 days after gameyeeeah send me an another item for free. Thks for the good support via mail.
