Extremely bed exprience.More than 3 months nothing received and support answer - "wait more days". they have shipped to wrong person in another country.I loose 50 bucks here.  
A person Zoe lied me that will ship my order again. Of course I received nothing. Never buy from here.

Extrememly unhappy with Customer Service. I orded the product on June 26, and the last time I check the item was returned, because it was sent incorrectly. The only way for me to get the product again. Is after I wait another 3 weeks for them to get the product and I pay for another shipping fee, after I have already paid for everything, for the product to be send to me again, which then I have to wait another 3 weeks. I refuse to pay for the product again after I have already paid for it once and never received it. I expect a full refund, but of course I won't be able to get that until they received the product. Customer Service was not helpful at all and very rude. Never will I buy here again.

Got item that was advertised in new condition. Works great. Shipping took a week with HK air mail(cheapest shipping option) to US. Highly recommend.

3 weeks to receive my item when I paid for overnight shipping. It was broken when it showed up, now they wont give me a refund after 2 months of arguing with them about if the broken one had been returned WHEN I HAD A TRACKING NUMBER EVEN!!  
 
THIS PLACE IS THE WORST, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

As described items, always working, low prices and few days delivery with DHL to Italy.  
Quick replay custmer service.  
For me just perfect.

My third time ordering and always great. Little delay in shipping last time but it was expected. Once shipped, Order took only 2 days to get to my door every time.

Item send but lost by local post. 50 days after gameyeeeah send me an another item for free. Thks for the good support via mail.

I am extremly sastified for my purchase on this site and the delevery was very quick and i just received my order in a perfect condition.

April 1st: Order still not shipped.  
April 9th: Order still not shipped.  
April 14th: Order shipped. "As apologies for the delay, please have this coupon for 3% off your next purchase." 3%...yeah. Save $1.50 off my $50 purchase.  
April 22nd: Order still not arrived. Avoid this company like the plague. Order from gadget asia or itechextreme...my friend ordered his at the same time as I did and he's had his R4 for three weeks already.  
 
Although if you still insist on ordering from them, feel free to use my coupon to save yourself all...3% of your order. "FORDELAY" Obviously they've had this problem before if they already have a coupon already made up with "delay" printed on it.  

Excellent Service. Super fast delivery. Highly recommended.
