"Solid customer support up to a point, and then they just stopped answering my mail altogether. I wrote them an email a day for a whole week after that, still no answer. They have my money and I don't have my game. No sign of customer support anymore at all. Very unhappy... Was forced to buy the game I wanted off eBay, got it in 5 days. It's been 2 months... Still no answer. They have my $60."

"i was new to the store when i purchased two games on December( paid for EMS shipping which takes 2-4 days) , then i got a reply once said my order was with dispatch, and then after i kept sending email to see if it has left their facilities,no one replied, even tried faxing , didn't work , strange!!! even tough the games i ordered are rare to find, and i know it might take long to find them , but still they have to update their customers about their orders , customer service is awful."

"I ordered a Dualshock 3 controller from this shop.
I received my package after a while and everything seemed fine.
When I tried to connect the controller to my ps3 it did not connect. So I contacted them several times but did not get an answer back. I want to return it because it does not work but they don't answer, and don't come with a solution.
The aftersales are horrible at this store and I won't buy anything there once more."

"I ordered Hakuna Matata (aka Afrika), the English version from this website. I was a bit dubious about them from reading the other negative reviews. However, even though they were a bit slow to process the order it did arrive 9 days after it was dispatched which is exactly what they said. The game was the full English version (even though the case had Chinese mandarin all over it), and the game works perfectly. Therefore Games-Asia get my vote of confidence."

"Like most of the people, I also am very unhappy with this company. The game was dispatched on 18th of october and now it is 11th of november and still no sign of the package. The customer service is horrible..i have sent them 4 emails concerning my order and requesting tracking information, but it seems like 2 weeks is not enough of time to give me an answer...sigh...Too bad i read the reviews after i had paid for the damn game. Over and all, please think twice before ordering from this site as it will probably cause you frustration ;)"

"This company is horrible. They took over a month to ship the game. Then once shipped it took forever to get replies to my emails about tracking info. By the time they got back it was too late and the package bounced back to Hong Kong (Post Office will only hold a package unclaimed for 4 days) So the package was completely returned to them, untouched and I have the tracking info to prove that they have received the return. They are refusing to refund my money and are ignoring my emails for several weeks. They essentially stole money from me. They have the game and my money. Do not under any circumstances purchase anything from this company. "

"These guys are terrible! The only reason I ordered from these guys is because they claimed to have a game that no one else had. It turns out that they didn't have the game at all. After 2 months I emailed them saying that my credit card was charged, but I never received the game, and my order status on their website was still processing. They apologize and said that their supplier was resupplying that game and to be patient. Big mistake. In the meantime I lost all buyer protection because whether it's Paypal or contesting through a credit, there are time limits in which you can do it. Now they are refusing to credit me back my money, they can't send the game. They offered to switch it for something else, however they want me to send them more money for the price difference and their prices are much higher than other import stores. So store credit does nothing for me. When I told they should never had charged my card until an item ships like any other internet store, and should have also just refunded my money back when I asked them to at the 2 month point if they knew they couldn't get the game in, they don't even respond. They simply reiterate that I must pay them more money for another game. It;s like they don't even read the emails. I asked for a price match for the 5 months of inconvenience, which would only be $1.60, they just ask for the full sum. So I'm out $50.00 and no game. Please, order imports form Play-Asia, YesAsia or NCSX."

2008/02/27 Order of the game skate for PS3 (asia) display "on stock " usually shipped under 24 h

I order with EMS speed post (48h). it is expensive (17 $). as i'm hurry to get the game.

2008/02/28 Order confirmed (seem ok)

today is 2008/0317 3 week after order.
I didn't received my order, and i have no news about my order enven if i sent many email (6 mails) to get any information, most of them has no answer.
and when i get answer it is always unclear, with i really low customer service.

I'm Very Dissatisfied from this online store, if you want to buy a game go through another shop."

"This website is a scam..
Never got my game, never got a reply from the numerous emails which i sent to their customer service and the paypal link they used is not authorized or used by paypal at all."
