"I purchased a game directly from game loft for my PM-8200 phone. They listed the game as being a phone that was supported for the game and so was my service provider, Sprint. I couldn't download the game because I didn't have the PM-8200 phone that was I was using to get the game. I sent them an email immediately with no answer. The beginning of next week, I sent another. And two days later I sent another. They say email support is 24/7 and expect a response in 2-3 days. I paid $3.99 for a game I'll never get from a company I'll never trust again."
