"Ordered a NEW laser for an Xbox360 drive via priority mail along with a replacement keypad set for one controller. The laser was in a box clearly labeled as REFURBISHED, not new as I ordered and the web page described. I emailed them and received a prompt reply of apology and that a replacement would be sent out ASAP and I would be notified of the tracking number. This was on a Wednesday. On Friday after receiving NOTHING, I emailed them for an update. I have never received an update or any other correspondence. On the following Monday, I received a plain, generic box with a laser in it. It looks just like the refurbished one I received earlier. I don't know if it is new, or if I received 2 refurbished lasers. Also I found out they charged me 5.95 priority shipping for EACH ITEM I originally ordered. That's 11.90 for a laser and a patch of rubber. All less than then 4 ounces but double the 1lb priority rate! The laser does seem to work and at least I got a free one I guess. Will cut my losses but never use them again."
"Good. It took longer to get my order than I thought it would. 5 days for shipping priority mail. But the item arrived in good condition and ordering online was easy. I like that they do free gift wrapping, although I did not take advantage of that."
