Galasource acknowledged that the punch bowl they listed as 5 gallons was only three. They said we could return it and they would send us a return authorization. We talked to several different people over several weeks, each one saying they would get us a return authorization. They were all friendly, but we never got a return authorization. "Some of the Walco pastry servers I ordered had dust motes and fish-eyes in the finish. However, they were still usable. One pastry server had a huge nick in it--unusable. I had sent a nasty gram to Walco, they never responded. I spoke with Eli at GalaSource and he immediately took care of the problem--sending a replacement item. Even though Walco seems to be having a quality control problem, GalaSource is not! Thank you!"
