We are sorry you are having issues with your equipment. We test every unit before we ship. The used equipment you purchased from GainSaver is covered by a 30 day warranty. It may also be covered under an extended warranty, if you purchased one.
Items returned for repair will be completely replaced. The original will not be returned. Please remove any hardware upgrades you might have made on your own since purchasing the computer. IMPORTANT: Save your data before sending the computer. Your files will not be transferred to the replacement system. If you want your data, save it before sending.
Should your system malfunction during the warranty period, you can return it to GainSaver by requesting an RMA number at Return Item.
To request an RMA to return your computer, log into your account at Return Item.
