"My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. The customer service department was one of the worst I have ever encountered. I ordered an item through a company on Amazon called Ximicube. The package I received had the return address from The Gamer's Fix. The item that got was not the one that I needed, so I contacted The Gamer's Fix. At first they were very willing to help me, but when they found out I ordered the item from Ximicube, who turn ordered it from TGF, they refused to help at all. Here is where the disagreement starts.
Because I did not "order it" from TGF they flat out refused to help in anyway. I do not see how that makes any difference at all. They gave me no options what so ever. I sent the item back in hopes of receiving the correct one in return. I DID NOT ask for a refund. Instead they ignored my request and gave my money back to the other company and banned the company from buying from them again. I then asked if they would send me back the drive I bought so I could maybe sell it to someone else or have someone help me get it installed correctly. But they had already given my money away. I told them I was going to write negative reviews about this experience. I then received an email full of insults and how I was "threatening" them.
Now, Ximicube gave them business and turned me on to TGF, which I would have gladly told everyone I know about. It is a good thing to know where to get these kind of replacement parts. However, they banned a company who was giving them free advertising, insulted a potential lifetime customer, and overall made themselves look terrible in the process. I would never suggest this company to anyone. Who wants to deal with a company that will insult you, not listen to basic requests, and offer no help? I sure don't. "

"I bought a blu-ray drive for my PS3 slim from this company. It took 2 weeks to receive it and they blamed it on the post office. VERY SLOW!

When I installed the drive it wasnt working properly. The head is not re-aligning properly to load and eject discs. I called and spoke to a woman who said if it kept acting up that I can get a new one sent out, just to call back. However, I have called for 3 weeks now and all I get is the voice mail. No one has returned any of my calls. This company is a joke. Buyer beware!"

"Total scam. I paid for a repair service. The website promised, "Once payment has been completed we will contact you with all necessary information to send your system in for repair." Never happened, despite multiple attempts to contact them. I'm working with my credit card company to get a refund. "

"i bought an xbox 360 benq drive.
Unit was damaged when open out of the box.
It had screw driver sighs on the disc tray.
It was force open and damaged the mechanical opening system of the drive.
Put it on my xbox to test if it will open.
Disc tray was stuck and would not open when eject button was press.
Shipped it back to store.
Never got an email back
called and no one would answer the phone.
Im currently waiting for an asnwer, or a replacement drive.
It has been two months.
Dont like this company, i would rather pay for an item double the price than to pay for a cheap service and units that doesnt work .
Will not buy again from this company"

"When my ps3 slim blu ray laser died i was able to purchase one here for under $40 with free shipping and got it in a feew days... Now i know where to turn when i burn out the next laser or need any part for any system! Overall no problems and great sevice!"

"They sent me a ps3 bluray drive with a broken laser so I emailed them to see if they would send me a replacement and after 2 days they emailed me back and said to send it back and they would send a replacement when they got it, I mailed it back and it took 3 days to get there it's been over a week since they got it and I still dont have my replacement, I emailed them 2 days ago to see if they sent the replacement and if they had a tracking number but they still havn't emailed me back. How big could a company be for them to take longer than 2 days to respond to your emails"

"I fix xbox 360 consoles and other electronics kind of as a hobby and to get some extra money on the side and every time I need a drive or anything like that I always order from thegamersfix.com and I am always impressed on how well their refurbish was done and how clean their product is when I open it up not to metion they are like the cheapest around! For as long as I fix game consoles and electronics I will order as many parts as I can from Thegamersfix.com! Thanks for doing such a great job guys!!!!"

"Had to return an item to them, they still havent refunded my money its been around 6 months now, and they are still "trying" to refund my money to me. Also, the manager yelled and cussed at me for stating my frustration with the delayed refund."

"Very horrible company. The xbox 360 replacement driver i ordered said nothing about being broken, inoperable, or even refurbished.
The product i received had rust on the poorly re-soldered logic board, rust on the tray, rust on the power connector, dirt everywhere, the case was dinged up and marked w/ silver sharpie, and the warranty sticker had already been broken. Customers beware of this horrid company."

"When my ps3 slim laser went bad I was worried I'd drop more $ on a part that either wouldn't fix it or be a dud.
I put an order in anyways and got the new one 3-4 days later.
Much sooner than I expected.
Not only that but it came packed well in it's own box and wrapped with bubble wrap.
It looked brand new to me and fortunately my ps3 can play blu ray and games again!"

"Ordered a replacement drive from TheGamersFix.Com for my XBOX 360. Let me say it arrived so fast it was like it was delivered by a tornado. Website is setup easy, product was what was shown on the website and payment was sent/accepted/processed without any problems. Will go back again. "
