"I'd strongly recommend against buying anything from them.
I signed up, paid them, and got a template email with variables like CUSTOMER_NAME in it, no unlock code, no reply from support.
Generally very unprofessional."

"Worst service i have ever used in my life!! waited 2 days and payed $24.99 for a simple unlock code that would of cost me $4.99 elsewhere. GSM LIBERTY did not refund or match competition prices as promised in the site..So VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! "

"They provided me with wrongs codes, when i asked for a refund or store credit they said the code works and they couldnt provide me a store credit neither refund"

"They commit 3-10 Minutes when you order and it takes around 3 Days as my case . Customer service was lousy but later a guy there responded and provided me with correct code after wrong one which worked atlast. Pls dont expect 3-10 min. which tech is quite not possible nowdays."

"I am extremely dissatisfied with GSM Liberty. The website quoted 2-5 minutes delivery time. I have waited over 48 hours and still have no response or delivery of product. I have waited on hold for hours and spent some time with on-line chat support who have offered nothing except the same standard responses. I have also been told I will not be getting a refund on my purchase although I have not received the product. I would strongly recommend avoiding any purchase from this on-line company. Say good-bye to your money!!"

"In the first place, i WOULD NOT recommend this "GSM liberty" site, to unlock your phone.

My experience was very bad with them, in a way that, in the beginning they confirm / stressed that they could unlock my Xperia Arc S, by code. In order to avoid mistakes, i told them my phone SN, IMEI, operator and Country info, still they stressed that: "yes we can unlock this phone by code". Turns out, that this was complitly false!! But this not all, they didn't refund my money back.

In conclusion, i did not get my money back, and for me this is STEELING, with all the words!!!

By the way, the support value is, 000000000000 !!!!

WARNING: NEVER UNLOCK YOUR PHONE IN GSM LIBERTY!!!!!

BE CAREFUL!!!!

"I would not normally take the time to write a review of a company, but in this case I was impressed enough to do so. My buying experience with GSM Liberty was very smooth and professional. They provide excellent instructions for implementing the codes and have provided good follow-up after the sale. There is a great deal of trust involved in online purchases and GSM has earned mine. Keep up the good work."

"I ordered the 'instant' unlock software for a Blackberry. Received the software in minutes but the email they sent was missing the required login information for their server. This was on a Saturday, it took until Monday for the first response from customer service. And until Wednesday until I had my code. "Instant" service cost more than I would have paid on other non-instant sites but took 5 days. The first note from customer service told me their instant service was down, but the alternate service was cheaper, of course, they did not give me the lower price.
Update: After posting this review my order was refunded. At least they pay attention to the reviews."
