She refused any phone the new company offered, and wanted to keep her LG Thrill (3d). I set off to unlock her phone, thinking it would be expensive, and this would be a rip off, but after I found GSM Liberty I figured I\u0027d try it for $10 LOL... Well, the code came actually the same day, an hour or two later. I hadn\u0027t even received the new sim card from our new provider in the mail yet. I anxiously awaited it. It came. I thought about doing the free offer if you post your video to you tube. But again thought it would be hassle to unlock so why bother?I wasn\u0027t really sure it would work. I put the new sim card in the phone. Turned it on. It asked for the #. I typed it in from the email they had send. Immediately her phone unlocked and works seamlessly with our new carrier. Everyone here is thrilled. Also, before the sim came, I wasn\u0027t able to find thrill directions on the site. I used the online chat. They were friendly and gave the directions to me within a few minutes. "I have a blackberry 9360, and I traveled to Spain, and my mobile is locked to T-Mobile, and in Spain I couldn't find it so I decided to unlock it, then I found GSM Liberty it looked good, easy and legitime.
Then I purchased the code for my phone. And it was a surprise that I've got 5 codes in the email in a very ugly, unreadable form, I didn't know which one should I use so I wrote a ticket they say they have 24/7 support, so why not? I have waited hours and no one responeded, then I tried the codes, and none of them worked, I wrote another ticket and waited and nothing. Then I wrote another ticket where I telled them that the codes does not work, and waited 1 day and I didn't recieved any feedback.
I'm very unpleased with this service, no working codes, no feedback at all, this is a shame I dropped out 7 euros and 1 day of my life for nothing.
I'm waiting for the "Money Back Guarantee" but with this kind of feedback I don't think they will refund my purchase. And something else, this morning I discovered they don't even have a "legal" and "warranty" pages doesn't even work, check it out!
It's a shame, it's a scam DO NOT USE IT!"
