I purchased an unlock code for my Moto Krzr phone; it took way longer to get my code than estimated on the website (the site said I'd get my code in 1-2 hours, but I didn't get it until the next day), but the unlock code worked great! I would definitely use their service again. Just don't expect to get your code in the time listed on the website.

Excellent! - Cheaper than some others (about half price of 1 alternative I almost bought) and very clear instructions. Process would have worked first time if I read the intructions properly, but I was in too much of a hurry and had to do it twice. Took about five minutes in total, but could have been much less. I tried to do it with the 'rejected' SIM in place, and should have kept in the 'original' until the software was installed via activesync. I would recommend this company and I had not heard of them before.
Was hesitant at first, but decided give it a go. And am glad I did, the price is quite competitive at least half price from what my provider wanted to charge me. Also the service was overall OK, great experience overall. Worked on my HTC hero locked by Orange UK.
I was hesitant to use GSMLiberty but they did exactly what I wanted! I got my Blackberry unlocked in minutes and they were there every step of the way. I will continue to use GSMLiberty for my unlocking needs in the future, for sure!
Used this service to unlock a Blackberry for a relative while travelling. Due to not having the cable to connect the BB to the computer we were unable to get the MEP. We were walked through another method by service rep Nick A who was patient and extremely helpful.

Was a little wary but GSM Liberty proved to be reliable. Quick, no hassle phone unlocking at a reasonable price. They sent the code about 15 minutes after I bought it - and it was 9pm EST! Phone was a Motorola L2.
Just one thing could be better - the site automatically reads the email address from the Paypal account. It would be better if the customer could separately specify the email address to use.
