Please choose a faster service than UPS Ground in the future if item is needed urgently since our shipping dept. and UPS do treat those packages little differently when package volume is large. I was expecting the part to arrive maybe withing two bussines days at the most. Reason being, that the location of GSIstore is in City of Industry, CA. and the Address where the part was going to be delivered was in the city of Fontana, CA. which is only 45 miles away. But instead it was delivered on March 28th of 2012. That was kind of dissapointing because the part was needed urgently and had I known that the process took that long then I would have drove myself and picked it up which I would have saved more money.
